【摘要】：本文介紹了警察職業(yè)倦怠的含義、危害、現(xiàn)狀,分析了影響警察職業(yè)倦怠的因素,并提出了干預(yù)警察職業(yè)倦怠的措施。
[Abstract]:This article introduces the meaning, the harm and the present situation of the police job burnout, analyzes the factors that affect the job burnout of the police, and puts forward the measures to intervene the job burnout of the police.
