【摘要】： 本文所指的大學(xué)生為九十年代以來(lái)普通高等學(xué)校的全日制在校生。 九十年代是中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步建立和發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿的作用日益明顯，社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念日益?zhèn)�性化，大學(xué)生的價(jià)值取向受市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新觀點(diǎn)的影響發(fā)生了重大的變化。中國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是國(guó)民高文化素質(zhì)的特殊群體，他們肩負(fù)著建設(shè)祖國(guó)現(xiàn)代化未來(lái)的重任，是社會(huì)的棟梁。他們的思想和行為狀況如何在很大程度上直接關(guān)系到國(guó)家的前途和命運(yùn)。因此，大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)和教育應(yīng)是全社會(huì)關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。 作者通過(guò)大量的調(diào)查和分析，得出的基本結(jié)論是：處在轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生，思想道德素質(zhì)狀況整體是健康向上的，有理想守紀(jì)律是絕大多數(shù)大學(xué)生的思想與行為的主流。但是大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重，性質(zhì)在逐步惡化，類(lèi)型有所增加，，手段在不斷升級(jí)，人數(shù)急劇上升，其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)令人堪憂。本文著重探索九十年代以來(lái)大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)象的特點(diǎn)與趨勢(shì)、產(chǎn)生的原因以及預(yù)防對(duì)策。 犯罪的原因分析是一件很復(fù)雜的工作。犯罪的原因既有綜合性又有層次性，是社會(huì)因素、生物因素、地理因素、行為人的主觀因素等諸多因素的產(chǎn)物。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)，我們對(duì)青少年犯罪的研究不是帶有階級(jí)性就是帶有太多的道德責(zé)任感，使得研究工作充滿了政治色彩或感情色彩。本文試圖摒棄傳統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)把對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪原因的研究從單一的階級(jí)根由或道德感覺(jué)的狀態(tài)中擺脫出來(lái)，結(jié)合科學(xué)精神、歷史感和社會(huì)發(fā)展意識(shí)，從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的大背景中進(jìn)行分析。分析原因不是我們要達(dá)到的目的。原因的分析將有助于引導(dǎo)我們對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪的行為結(jié)構(gòu)、行為類(lèi)型進(jìn)行分析，更有助于我們形成正確的可操作性的預(yù)防對(duì)策。對(duì)預(yù)防體系的研究在犯罪研究中一直是一個(gè)弱項(xiàng)。大學(xué)生犯罪無(wú)論在原因、性質(zhì)、種類(lèi)和表現(xiàn)形式上，都具有與其他青少年、成人犯罪的不同特點(diǎn)，預(yù)防的策略與措施也應(yīng)有區(qū)別，預(yù)防大學(xué)生犯罪要建立在對(duì)大學(xué)生犯罪現(xiàn)狀的正確分析及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)科學(xué) ⑧ 碩士學(xué)位論文 M八STER，ST}IES[S 預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上，學(xué)校和家庭要改變以往的教育方式，甸法機(jī)關(guān)處理大學(xué)生 案件應(yīng)貫徹教育為主、懲罰為輔的方針。本文將從保護(hù)、控制、堵塞等多 個(gè)角度對(duì)大學(xué)生預(yù)防措施進(jìn)行論述，希望能找到有效性的措施，將大學(xué)生 犯罪降為最低。
[Abstract]:The college students in this paper are full-time students of ordinary institutions of higher learning since the 1990 s.The 1990s is the transitional period of the establishment and development of China's market economy. The role of economic leverage is becoming more and more obvious, the social value concept is becoming more and more individualized, and the value orientation of college students has been greatly changed by the new viewpoint of market economy.Chinese contemporary college students are a special group with high cultural quality. They shoulder the important task of building the future of modernization of the motherland and are the pillars of society.How their thoughts and behaviors are directly related to the future and destiny of the country.Therefore, the cultivation and education of college students should be of concern to the whole society.Through a great deal of investigation and analysis, the author draws the following conclusion: in the period of transformation, the ideological and moral quality of the contemporary college students is healthy and upward as a whole, and the ideal discipline is the mainstream of most college students' thought and behavior.However, the phenomenon of college students' crime is becoming more and more serious, the nature is worsening gradually, the types are increasing, the means are constantly upgrading, the number of students is rising sharply, and the development trend is worrying.This paper focuses on the characteristics and trends of college students' crime since 1990's, causes and preventive measures.Analysis of the causes of crime is a complex task.The reason of crime is not only comprehensive but also hierarchical, which is the product of many factors, such as social factor, biological factor, geographical factor, subjective factor of actor and so on.For a long time, our research on juvenile delinquency has either class nature or too much moral responsibility, which makes the research work full of political or emotional color.This paper attempts to get rid of the traditional view to get rid of the study of the cause of college students' crime from the state of single class reason or moral feeling, combining the scientific spirit, the sense of history and the consciousness of social development, from politics, economy, etc.Analysis is made in the context of culture.Analyzing causes is not what we want to achieve.The analysis of the causes will be helpful to guide us to analyze the behavior structure and behavior types of college students, and to form the correct operational preventive countermeasures.The study of the system of prevention has always been a weakness in the study of crime.College students' crimes have different characteristics from other teenagers and adults in terms of their causes, nature, types and forms of expression.
