【摘要】:公路運(yùn)輸是白山地區(qū)主要運(yùn)輸方式之一,發(fā)展公路運(yùn)輸是白山市國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的首要目標(biāo)。公路運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展需要有一個切合實(shí)際的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,因而就需要對公路運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行深入的研究。特別是白山地區(qū)地處中朝邊境地帶,在國防建設(shè)中具有重要的戰(zhàn)略位置,國防交通本著“一線通達(dá),二線成網(wǎng)”和平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合的要求,更有必要制定切實(shí)可行的交通發(fā)展規(guī)劃。本論文旨在通過對公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法、模型體系及其發(fā)展動態(tài)的研究,并結(jié)合白山地區(qū)的實(shí)際狀況,建立符合實(shí)際的路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方法和模型體系。 本文總的思路是應(yīng)用交通量生成、交通量分布、方式分擔(dān)和交通分配這四個基本的路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃模型研究路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,以此形成自山地區(qū)的中短期路網(wǎng)和國防公路規(guī)劃目標(biāo)。 全文共分三部分。第一部分從宏觀的角度對本區(qū)自然概況和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況進(jìn)行分析,對其經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及目標(biāo),對國防交通的基本要求進(jìn)行了闡述;對該區(qū)的交通網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀給予評價分析,描述了交通網(wǎng)評價指標(biāo)體系,指出了存在的問題;第二部分從運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)規(guī)劃過程的總體思路出發(fā),從交通調(diào)查的有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料入手,利用運(yùn)輸需求模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸需求預(yù)測,給出口岸貨運(yùn)量及路網(wǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)交通量預(yù)測結(jié)果;根據(jù)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求,闡述了公路網(wǎng)、邊防公路規(guī)劃的原則、依據(jù)和目標(biāo),,提出了本區(qū)中短期規(guī)劃目標(biāo)。重點(diǎn)對四步驟模型——交通量生成、交通量分布、交通方式選擇、交通量分配模型的使用條件、實(shí)際應(yīng)用等作了較詳細(xì)的論證,構(gòu)成了本文的主體框架;第三部分對建設(shè)資金的需求和來源進(jìn)行了分析和預(yù)測,對應(yīng)采取的政策和措施提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Road transportation is one of the main transportation modes in Baishan area. Developing highway transportation is the primary goal of the national economy and social development in Baishan City.The development of highway transportation needs a practical development plan, so it is necessary to study the road transportation network planning deeply.Especially, the Baishan area is located in the border area of China and Korea, and has an important strategic position in the national defense construction. The national defense transportation is in line with the requirement of "first line access, second line network" peace and war combination, so it is even more necessary to draw up feasible traffic development plan.The purpose of this paper is to establish the road network planning method and model system according to the actual situation of Baishan area through the study of highway network planning method, model system and its development trends.The general idea of this paper is to study road network planning by using four basic road network planning models: traffic volume generation, traffic volume distribution, mode sharing and traffic distribution, so as to form the medium and short term road network and national defense highway planning goals from mountain areas.The full text is divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the natural situation and the social and economic situation of the area from the macroscopic angle, expounds the development strategy and goal of its economic construction and the basic requirements of the national defense traffic, and evaluates and analyzes the present situation of the transportation network in this area.This paper describes the evaluation index system of traffic network, and points out the existing problems. The second part starts with the general idea of transportation network planning process, starts with the relevant data and data of traffic survey, and makes use of transport demand model to forecast transportation demand.According to the strategic requirements of social and economic development, this paper expounds the principles, bases and objectives of highway network and frontier highway planning, and puts forward the short and medium term planning objectives of the district.The four-step model traffic volume generation, traffic volume distribution, traffic mode selection, traffic volume allocation model usage conditions, practical application and so on are discussed in detail, which constitute the main frame of this paper.In the third part, the demand and source of construction funds are analyzed and forecasted, and the corresponding policies and measures are put forward.
