【摘要】：未成年人違法犯罪是一種復(fù)雜的社會現(xiàn)象，它不僅嚴(yán)重危害了社會秩序，擾亂了經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與社會發(fā)展，也嚴(yán)重影響到未成年人的健康成長。未成年人違法犯罪包括違反《刑法》與《治安管理處罰條例》的行為，也包括未成年人的不良行為與嚴(yán)重不良行為�？偟恼f來，未成年人違法犯罪是其社會化過程中出現(xiàn)的缺陷與不足所致。學(xué)校在未成年人的社會化過程中起了舉足輕重的作用。預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪是個社會系統(tǒng)工程，需要學(xué)校、家庭、社會的共同努力，其中學(xué)校教育起到關(guān)鍵性的作用。由于我們在學(xué)校教育內(nèi)容、教育方法、和教育態(tài)度以及學(xué)校管理工作存在著一些缺陷與不足，它嚴(yán)重影響了未成年人的社會化過程，，并對未成年人的違法犯罪起到一定的誘因作用。本人就現(xiàn)階段我國中小學(xué)學(xué)校教育的一些失誤對未成年人違法犯罪的誘發(fā)作用與如何通過改進(jìn)學(xué)校教育與管理來減少未成年人違法犯罪做出一系列探索與思考。 文章共分為四個部分： 第一部分，對未成年人違法犯罪的范圍進(jìn)行界定與概括了我國未成年人違法犯罪的特點(diǎn)。 第二部分，闡述了學(xué)校教育的職責(zé)及它在預(yù)防未成年人違法犯罪中的作用。 第三部分，闡述了學(xué)校教育的一些失誤誘發(fā)未成年人違法犯罪，這些學(xué)校教育失誤主要表現(xiàn)為：師生關(guān)系互動不良、應(yīng)試教育、學(xué)校違紀(jì)處分、輟學(xué)、心理健康教育空白等等。 第四部分，為了鞏固學(xué)校這塊培養(yǎng)教育未成年人的陣地，加強(qiáng)學(xué)校
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency is a complicated social phenomenon, which not only seriously endangers social order, but also disturbs economic construction and social development. It also seriously affects the healthy growth of minors. Juvenile delinquency includes violations of the Criminal Law and the regulations on Administrative penalties for Public Security, as well as acts of misconduct and serious misconduct by minors. Generally speaking, Juvenile delinquency is the result of defects and deficiencies in the process of socialization. Schools play an important role in the process of socialization of minors. Prevention of juvenile delinquency is a social system engineering, which needs schools.
