【摘要】： 1 本研究的選題依據(jù)與目的 本研究通過回顧人格結(jié)構(gòu)研究的歷史與現(xiàn)狀以及罪犯人格與類型特征研究的歷 史與現(xiàn)狀，認為：第一，現(xiàn)有的人格結(jié)構(gòu)研究大多以正常人群體為被試，對特殊人 群的人格結(jié)構(gòu)的研究基本上沒有涉及。開展對特殊人群人格結(jié)構(gòu)的研究可以為人格 結(jié)構(gòu)的探討提供驗證性依據(jù)，也有助于理解特殊人群的人格結(jié)構(gòu)特征。第二，現(xiàn)有 的對罪犯人格特征的研究主要是通過比較法開展的，這種簡單的平均數(shù)的比較雖然 是有價值的，但卻無助于說明罪犯的人格結(jié)構(gòu)性特征，因而有必要通過探討罪犯的 人格結(jié)構(gòu)特征來理解犯罪行為的獨特的人格基礎(chǔ)。第三，有關(guān)罪犯人格類型的研究 一般立足于主觀經(jīng)驗判斷和理論分類模型的思路，這種思路雖然有一定的價值，但 無論是分類依據(jù)還是和分類方法，其科學(xué)性都明顯不夠，特別是對于在罪犯內(nèi)部進 行有效的人格鑒別時顯得無能為力，也不利于在改造實踐中針對不同人格類型的罪 犯制定有效的矯治措施。近年來國外罪犯人格類型的研究表現(xiàn)出由傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗描述 性分類向科學(xué)實證性分類的傾向，是值得注意的動向。第四，毒品犯是我國近年來 出現(xiàn)的新型犯罪類型，毒品犯的研究一方面為完善犯罪研究提供了基礎(chǔ)，另一方面 為打擊毒品犯罪和改造在押毒品犯提供有意義的科學(xué)依據(jù)。但是這方面的工作幾乎 沒有開展。 因此，今后罪犯人格的研究要實現(xiàn)三個轉(zhuǎn)變：一是實現(xiàn)由與一般正常人的比較 研究向罪犯人格的結(jié)構(gòu)特征研究的轉(zhuǎn)變，以便揭示罪犯人格的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)；二是實現(xiàn) 由主觀描述性分類研究向客觀實證性分類研究的轉(zhuǎn)變，以便增強對罪犯人格類型劃 分的科學(xué)性和實用性；三是實現(xiàn)由對常規(guī)犯罪類型的研究向新興犯罪類型的研究的 轉(zhuǎn)變，以便適應(yīng)于罪犯改造實踐對科學(xué)研究的實際需要。本研究在前人研究的基礎(chǔ) 上，主要探討毒品犯的人格結(jié)構(gòu)與類型特征及其影響因素，具體目標有三： 首先，應(yīng)用量表法通過因素分析技術(shù)探討毒品犯的人格結(jié)構(gòu)特征，確定構(gòu)成毒 品犯人格的主要構(gòu)成因素。 其次，以量表測量分數(shù)為依據(jù)，應(yīng)用聚類分析技術(shù)完成毒品犯的分類，確定毒 品犯的人格類型及其特征，并尋求毒品犯分類矯治的基本原則。 第三，應(yīng)用方差分析技術(shù)探討民族、受教育程度、城鄉(xiāng)等穩(wěn)定性變量以及年齡、 關(guān)押時間和減刑次數(shù)這些動態(tài)性變量對毒品犯人格特征形成和變化的影響，以尋求 影響毒品犯人格特征的主要因素。 2 研究方法 DZ．14＄ 試 D 根據(jù)本研究的目的，選取了云南省第二監(jiān)獄（主要關(guān)押重刑毒品犯人入五華監(jiān) l 獄（主要關(guān)押輕刑毒品犯人乃5歲以下的所有涉及販賣、走私及運輸毒品的男性罪犯 l 共 526名男被試進行測試。進入統(tǒng)計分析的有效樣本容量為 378人。 12．2 測量工具 D 本研究采用的測量工具是美國加州伯克利人格評估研究所教授H肛大”n IG．GOUgh編制的朋利福尼亞心理調(diào)查表① 億C八（中國修訂廠該量表有較高的信 D 度與效度。 IZ．3 統(tǒng)計指標與方法 D 根據(jù)本研究的目的，對經(jīng)過整理的資料做了如下統(tǒng)計分析： D①利用毒品犯在CPI測驗上的原始分，在分量表水平上進行因素分析，以探討 D 毒品犯的特殊人格結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)成因素。 l＠利用T 測驗上的測試結(jié)果劃分毒品犯的p 人格類型及自我實現(xiàn)水平并將 D 其與正常人對照組的測驗資料進行差異檢驗叮檢驗入 分析當(dāng)前在押毒品犯的人格特 D 征的基本情況。 ；③以毒品犯的民族、文化程度、地域為自變量，以CPI測驗原始分數(shù)為因變量， l 進行2祁蛇的多因素方差分析與T檢驗，以探討這些變量對毒品犯人格特征形成的 D 影響。 l＠以毒品犯的年齡、己服刑期、是否減刑為自變量，以p 測驗原始分數(shù)為因 l 變量，進行5例的的多因素方差分析與T檢驗，以探討這些因素對毒品犯人格特征 D 形成的影響。 l＠對毒品犯在CPI上的測量分數(shù)進行Q型聚類分析，并據(jù)此對在押毒品犯進行 D 分類，比較不同類別罪犯之間的人格特征，為制定毒品犯矯治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 ；全部數(shù)據(jù)均輸入586電腦，采用SPSS10．0社會科學(xué)統(tǒng)計軟件包進行統(tǒng)計分析。 13 結(jié)果與討論 D3．1對毒品犯人格結(jié)構(gòu)的因素分析 l 對被試在 CPIRC20個分量表上的測驗原始分進行因素分析，得到特征根人＞＝1 l 的因素共有四個，累積方差貢獻率可解釋 67．689％的變異。通過主成分分析和極大正 D 交旋轉(zhuǎn)獲得四個因素的命名和含義如下： D 遵從性因素是毒品犯人格結(jié)構(gòu)中最突出的一個特質(zhì)，說明毒品犯的人格首先是 D 與是否遵從社會規(guī)則、符合社會道德規(guī)范相聯(lián)系的。 D 外向性因素是表征個體與周圍環(huán)境及他人的關(guān)系，表現(xiàn)在社交行為即與他人關(guān) 12 系的處理方面，是評價個體對外界的態(tài)度行為的因素。 成熟性因素反映個體與社會的關(guān)系狀態(tài)，認知社會的方式以及自我改善的態(tài)度。 靈活性因素表明個人思想和社會行為的靈活性和適應(yīng)方式。 與國內(nèi)外人格結(jié)構(gòu)的研究相比較，發(fā)現(xiàn)社會遵
