【摘要】：青少年犯罪已經(jīng)成為日益嚴重的社會問題,暴力犯罪在其中也占有相當(dāng)?shù)谋壤�。青少年在成長階段經(jīng)歷了生理和心理快速的發(fā)展變化,同時也經(jīng)歷的社會化的過程,其行為是在意識支配下運作的�？梢娦睦碓蛟谇嗌倌瓯┝Ψ缸镄袨橹衅鹬陵P(guān)重要的作用。因此討論青少年暴力犯罪問題不得不對其行為的心理成因及矯治方法進行分析。 本文第一章的內(nèi)容是青少年犯罪心理成因的學(xué)說述評。我國學(xué)者對青少年犯罪心理成因進行了多角度的研究,內(nèi)地學(xué)者的研究流派較為紛繁復(fù)雜,而臺灣學(xué)者研究的理論體系則相對統(tǒng)一。國外研究青少年犯罪心理成因的理論淵源來自各種學(xué)科,各學(xué)派從不同的學(xué)科角度對青少年犯罪的心理成因做了充分的調(diào)查研究并給予總結(jié)。國內(nèi)外各流派的觀點均有所長,亦均有其不足之處。 本文第二章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理成因的主體因素——心理因素分析。在分析犯罪心理成因時,主體因素中最根本的即心理因素。首先,對青少年個性心理結(jié)構(gòu)的分析從微觀的角度闡釋了青少年暴力犯罪者的個性傾向性、個性心理結(jié)構(gòu)和心理過程。其次,對青少年人格缺陷的分析從宏觀的角度研究了青少年暴力犯罪者的整體精神面貌。 本文第三章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理成因的主體外因素——教育缺失因素分析。教育因素在犯罪心理成因的主體外因素中是最重要的因素。首先,對家庭教育缺失的分析解釋了家庭對青少年暴力犯罪者人格的塑成起到的作用。其次,對學(xué)校教育缺失的分析闡明了學(xué)校、教師、同伴對青少年暴力犯罪心理發(fā)展的影響。再次,對社區(qū)教育缺失的分析解釋了幫派群體和傳媒對青少年暴力犯罪心理發(fā)展的影響。 本文第四章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理的矯治。首先,青少年自我控制能力的培養(yǎng)從培養(yǎng)青少年自我調(diào)節(jié)能力和自我監(jiān)督能力的角度論證了自我控制對青少年暴力犯罪行為的約束效果。其次,心理咨詢通過面談咨詢、電話咨詢、視頻咨詢、書信咨詢等方式來對青少年暴力犯罪者的心理問題給予疏導(dǎo);心理治療通過憤怒克制法來對青少年暴力犯罪者的犯罪心理實施治療。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has become an increasingly serious social problem , and violent crime has a significant proportion among them . In the growth period , adolescents experience physical and psychological rapid development changes , and also experience the socialization process . The behavior of teenagers plays a crucial role in the behavior of juvenile violent crime . Therefore , it is necessary to analyze the psychological causes and the methods of treatment of juvenile violent crime . The first chapter of this paper is a review of the causes of juvenile delinquency . Chinese scholars have studied the causes of juvenile delinquency . The second chapter of this paper is the main factor of the psychological cause of juvenile violent crime . The third chapter of this paper is the main factor of the psychological cause of juvenile violent crime . The analysis of educational factors is the most important factor in the main factors of crime psychology . First , the analysis of the lack of family education explains the influence of family on the psychological development of juvenile violent crime . Secondly , the analysis of the lack of community education explains the influence of gang group and media on the psychological development of juvenile violent crime . The fourth chapter of this article is the treatment of juvenile violent crime psychology . First , the cultivation of self - control ability of teenagers demonstrates the restraining effect of self - control on the behavior of juvenile violent crime from the angle of training young people ' s self - regulation ability and self - supervision ability . Secondly , psychological consultation gives guidance to the psychological problems of juvenile violent offenders through interview consultation , telephone consultation , video consultation and letter consultation .
