【摘要】：青少年犯罪已經(jīng)成為日益嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,暴力犯罪在其中也占有相當(dāng)?shù)谋壤�。青少年在成長(zhǎng)階段經(jīng)歷了生理和心理快速的發(fā)展變化,同時(shí)也經(jīng)歷的社會(huì)化的過(guò)程,其行為是在意識(shí)支配下運(yùn)作的�？梢�(jiàn)心理原因在青少年暴力犯罪行為中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。因此討論青少年暴力犯罪問(wèn)題不得不對(duì)其行為的心理成因及矯治方法進(jìn)行分析。 本文第一章的內(nèi)容是青少年犯罪心理成因的學(xué)說(shuō)述評(píng)。我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)青少年犯罪心理成因進(jìn)行了多角度的研究,內(nèi)地學(xué)者的研究流派較為紛繁復(fù)雜,而臺(tái)灣學(xué)者研究的理論體系則相對(duì)統(tǒng)一。國(guó)外研究青少年犯罪心理成因的理論淵源來(lái)自各種學(xué)科,各學(xué)派從不同的學(xué)科角度對(duì)青少年犯罪的心理成因做了充分的調(diào)查研究并給予總結(jié)。國(guó)內(nèi)外各流派的觀(guān)點(diǎn)均有所長(zhǎng),亦均有其不足之處。 本文第二章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理成因的主體因素——心理因素分析。在分析犯罪心理成因時(shí),主體因素中最根本的即心理因素。首先,對(duì)青少年個(gè)性心理結(jié)構(gòu)的分析從微觀(guān)的角度闡釋了青少年暴力犯罪者的個(gè)性?xún)A向性、個(gè)性心理結(jié)構(gòu)和心理過(guò)程。其次,對(duì)青少年人格缺陷的分析從宏觀(guān)的角度研究了青少年暴力犯罪者的整體精神面貌。 本文第三章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理成因的主體外因素——教育缺失因素分析。教育因素在犯罪心理成因的主體外因素中是最重要的因素。首先,對(duì)家庭教育缺失的分析解釋了家庭對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪者人格的塑成起到的作用。其次,對(duì)學(xué)校教育缺失的分析闡明了學(xué)校、教師、同伴對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪心理發(fā)展的影響。再次,對(duì)社區(qū)教育缺失的分析解釋了幫派群體和傳媒對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪心理發(fā)展的影響。 本文第四章的內(nèi)容是青少年暴力犯罪心理的矯治。首先,青少年自我控制能力的培養(yǎng)從培養(yǎng)青少年自我調(diào)節(jié)能力和自我監(jiān)督能力的角度論證了自我控制對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪行為的約束效果。其次,心理咨詢(xún)通過(guò)面談咨詢(xún)、電話(huà)咨詢(xún)、視頻咨詢(xún)、書(shū)信咨詢(xún)等方式來(lái)對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪者的心理問(wèn)題給予疏導(dǎo);心理治療通過(guò)憤怒克制法來(lái)對(duì)青少年暴力犯罪者的犯罪心理實(shí)施治療。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquency has become an increasingly serious social problem , and violent crime has a significant proportion among them . In the growth period , adolescents experience physical and psychological rapid development changes , and also experience the socialization process . The behavior of teenagers plays a crucial role in the behavior of juvenile violent crime . Therefore , it is necessary to analyze the psychological causes and the methods of treatment of juvenile violent crime . The first chapter of this paper is a review of the causes of juvenile delinquency . Chinese scholars have studied the causes of juvenile delinquency . The second chapter of this paper is the main factor of the psychological cause of juvenile violent crime . The third chapter of this paper is the main factor of the psychological cause of juvenile violent crime . The analysis of educational factors is the most important factor in the main factors of crime psychology . First , the analysis of the lack of family education explains the influence of family on the psychological development of juvenile violent crime . Secondly , the analysis of the lack of community education explains the influence of gang group and media on the psychological development of juvenile violent crime . The fourth chapter of this article is the treatment of juvenile violent crime psychology . First , the cultivation of self - control ability of teenagers demonstrates the restraining effect of self - control on the behavior of juvenile violent crime from the angle of training young people ' s self - regulation ability and self - supervision ability . Secondly , psychological consultation gives guidance to the psychological problems of juvenile violent offenders through interview consultation , telephone consultation , video consultation and letter consultation .
