中國環(huán)境懸崖背景下生態(tài)倫理問題研究

【摘要】:我國自改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展的同時卻引發(fā)了生態(tài)環(huán)境的懸崖困境問題,我們所處的生存環(huán)境瀕臨危機邊緣。環(huán)境懸崖直接影響到經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、人民生活的安康、社會的穩(wěn)定,甚至會對我們的生存造成巨大威脅。基于對環(huán)境懸崖的反思,敦促我們重新思考如何建設(shè)美麗中國。黨的十八大明確提出要將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)擺在突出地位,可見深入研究生態(tài)倫理建設(shè)是現(xiàn)實的迫切需求,也是歷史的必然。目前我國大部分地區(qū)不同程度地受到霧霾、水、土地等自然資源污染問題的困擾,生存環(huán)境有走向惡化的趨勢。不僅人與自然環(huán)境關(guān)系相當緊張,而且人們所處的社會環(huán)境及精神環(huán)境領(lǐng)域同樣面臨著嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。霧霾紅色預警、物質(zhì)主義盛行、生態(tài)倫理信仰缺失等現(xiàn)象已凸顯了這三類問題。研究分析了以上問題的成因是現(xiàn)代技術(shù)濫用、生態(tài)教育滯后、功利主義色彩濃厚以及制度法律不健全等因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。環(huán)境懸崖倒逼出人們對生態(tài)倫理的新思考,探索實現(xiàn)美麗中國的路徑。研究認為環(huán)境懸崖不是世界末日,人與自然的關(guān)系是可以調(diào)整的、可以達到動態(tài)的平衡。我們要正確對待人與自然的關(guān)系,人是自然的組分之一,既不在自然之上,也不在自然之外,而是存在于自然之中;批判了傳統(tǒng)倫理學對這一問題的主客二分,明確人與自然協(xié)同進化及人與自然是有機整體的認知。在全社會營造生態(tài)化的環(huán)境,潛移默化地影響人們的日常行為,通過提高公民對外在環(huán)境的理解,促進公民對生態(tài)文化自覺的追求,進而激發(fā)人們向內(nèi)的精神需求,深化生態(tài)共同體的認知思想。其次加強生態(tài)法治建設(shè),發(fā)揮國家、社會、公民三者各自的主要作用,它們既有鏈條式的關(guān)系,又有立體交叉的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),構(gòu)成一個生態(tài)法治網(wǎng)——人們的行為底線。最后通過生態(tài)理念的教育,使人們清晰人的生態(tài)位,使生態(tài)倫理思想入家庭、入活動、入課堂、入腦直至深入人心,使生態(tài)自我逐步成長,專注于簡約生活,做自己的主人,不被名牌、媒體所左右,實現(xiàn)人的全面、自由的解放。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy has caused the cliff dilemma of ecological environment at the same time, our living environment is on the edge of crisis. Environmental cliffs directly affect the sustainable development of economy, people's well-being, social stability, and even pose a great threat to our survival. Based on the reflection on the environmental cliff, we are urged to rethink how to build a beautiful China. The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position, which shows that it is an urgent need of reality and inevitable to study the construction of ecological ethics in depth. At present, most areas in China are troubled by the pollution of haze, water, land and other natural resources to varying degrees, and the living environment tends to deteriorate. Not only the relationship between human and natural environment is very tense, but also the social environment and spiritual environment are facing severe challenges. The red warning of haze, the prevalence of materialism and the lack of ecological ethical beliefs have highlighted these three problems. The causes of the above problems are the result of the comprehensive action of the modern technology abuse, the lag of ecological education, the strong utilitarianism and the imperfect system and law. Environmental cliffs force people to think new about ecological ethics and explore the way to realize beautiful China. The study suggests that the environmental cliff is not the end of the world, and that the relationship between man and nature can be adjusted to achieve a dynamic balance. We should treat the relationship between man and nature correctly. Man is a part of nature, neither above nor outside nature, but in nature; This paper criticizes the dichotomy of subject and object in traditional ethics and clarifies the cognition that man and nature co-evolve and that man and nature are organic whole. Create ecological environment in the whole society, influence people's daily behavior imperceptibly, promote citizens' pursuit of ecological culture consciousness by improving citizens' understanding of external environment, and then stimulate people's spiritual demand towards the inside. Deepen the cognitive thought of ecological community. Secondly, strengthening the construction of ecological rule of law, giving play to the main roles of the state, society and citizens, they have not only the relationship of chain, but also the intersecting network structure, which constitutes an ecological rule of law network-people 's behavior bottom line. Finally, through the education of ecological concept, we can make the ecological ethics thought into the family, into the activity, into the classroom, into the brain and into the hearts of the people, so that the ecological self can grow up step by step, focus on the simple life, and be its own master. Not by the famous brand, the media influence, realizes the person's comprehensive, the free liberation.
