【摘要】：財(cái)富倫理觀是社會(huì)核心價(jià)值觀的具體表現(xiàn)形式,政務(wù)新生代的財(cái)富倫理觀取向?qū)⒅苯佑绊懻诠裰械男抛u(yù)和形象。初任公務(wù)員的財(cái)富倫理觀如何,思想政治動(dòng)態(tài)如何,將是未來(lái)干部教育培訓(xùn)理應(yīng)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),也是提升干部教育導(dǎo)向性和實(shí)效性的有益參考。本文基于對(duì)浙江省嘉興市88名初任公務(wù)員的調(diào)查,分析了當(dāng)前初任公務(wù)員財(cái)富倫理觀的現(xiàn)狀和潛在問(wèn)題,并提出了財(cái)富倫理觀教育的創(chuàng)新對(duì)策及方法。
[Abstract]:Wealth ethics is the concrete manifestation of social core values. The new generation of government wealth ethics will directly affect the credibility and image of the government in the citizens. What is the wealth ethics and the ideological and political development of the newly appointed civil servants will be the focus of the future cadre education and training as well as the beneficial reference for improving the guidance and effectiveness of the cadre education. Based on the investigation of 88 newly appointed civil servants in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the present situation and potential problems of the wealth ethics view of the newly appointed civil servants, and puts forward the innovative countermeasures and methods of the education of the wealth ethics view.
