【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明和網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理建設(shè)是與網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化共生的時(shí)代課題,其目的和意義在于保障和維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間信息生產(chǎn)、社會(huì)生活以及社會(huì)交往的優(yōu)良秩序和風(fēng)清氣正的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境。網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明和網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理建設(shè)的首要問(wèn)題是厘清其價(jià)值指向與價(jià)值訴求的問(wèn)題。由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中的一切活動(dòng)都是現(xiàn)實(shí)的人在虛擬空間中的活動(dòng),所以人格尊嚴(yán)保護(hù)就邏輯地成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)文明和網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理建設(shè)的價(jià)值內(nèi)核和價(jià)值訴求。事實(shí)上,在實(shí)踐中,尤其在法律實(shí)踐中,保護(hù)人格尊嚴(yán)已經(jīng)成為世界上許多國(guó)家的立法理念與法律活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,并且有逐步向網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間虛擬化延伸的趨勢(shì)。因此,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間人格尊嚴(yán)的法律保護(hù),建設(shè)文明的具有倫理秩序的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì),尊重和保護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中每一個(gè)公民的"虛擬人格尊嚴(yán)",對(duì)于構(gòu)建和諧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間氛圍并推動(dòng)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of network civilization and network ethics is a subject of the times which is symbiosis with network and information. Its purpose and significance is to ensure and maintain the fine order of network space information production, social life and social communication, and the network environment of clearing the wind and clearing the air. The primary problem of network civilization and network ethics construction is to clarify its value direction and value demand. Since all activities in cyberspace are real activities of human beings in virtual space, the protection of human dignity has logically become the value core and value demand of the construction of network civilization and network ethics. In fact, in practice, especially in legal practice, the protection of human dignity has become an important part of the legislative concept and legal activities of many countries in the world, and there is a tendency to gradually extend to cyberspace virtualization. Therefore, we should strengthen the legal protection of the human dignity of cyberspace, build a civilized cyber society with ethical order, and respect and protect the "virtual human dignity" of every citizen in cyberspace. It has important theoretical and practical significance for constructing harmonious cyberspace atmosphere and promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
