【摘要】：民生幸福是現(xiàn)代社會最大的政治。公平正義是維護(hù)人的尊嚴(yán)的倫理基礎(chǔ),是保障人的基本權(quán)利的制度安排,是德福一致的社會基礎(chǔ),是民生幸福的前提和保障。改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會得到快速發(fā)展,但人們的幸福感沒有隨之上升。必須通過公平正義的制度、體制安排,保障個體權(quán)利,促進(jìn)和諧社會關(guān)系的形成,提高國民的幸福指數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The happiness of people's livelihood is the biggest politics in modern society. Fairness and justice is the ethical basis for safeguarding human dignity, the institutional arrangement for safeguarding the basic rights of human beings, the social basis for the unity of good and well-being, and the premise and guarantee for the well-being of the people's livelihood. Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has been rapid, but people's happiness did not rise. It is necessary to guarantee individual rights, promote the formation of harmonious social relations and improve the national happiness index through fair and just system and institutional arrangement.
