【摘要】：法家的倫理思想幾乎全部針對(duì)于政治,而晉法家作為法家的核心代表,其思想對(duì)于中國(guó)古代政治倫理的建構(gòu)有著奠基性的意義。從歷史上看,晉法家強(qiáng)調(diào)政治的起點(diǎn)是人的自然屬性與基本欲求構(gòu)成的"人情",而最終目標(biāo)則是要確保國(guó)家和社會(huì)的整體秩序,由此也就構(gòu)成了中國(guó)古代具有理性主義和國(guó)家主義傾向的政治倫理理念。這一理念對(duì)于中國(guó)古代的政治實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生了重要、深遠(yuǎn)的影響,也是人們將中國(guó)古代政治稱(chēng)為"陽(yáng)儒陰法"的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Almost all of the ethical thoughts of Legalists are aimed at politics, and as the core representatives of Legalists in Jin Dynasty, their thoughts are of fundamental significance to the construction of political ethics in ancient China. Historically, the Jin Legalists emphasized that the starting point of politics is "human feelings" composed of man's natural attributes and basic desires, and the ultimate goal is to ensure the overall order of the country and society. Therefore, it constitutes the political ethical idea of rationalism and nationalism in ancient China. This idea has an important and far-reaching influence on the political practice in ancient China, and is also one of the important factors that people call "Yang Confucianism and Yin Law" in ancient Chinese politics.
