【摘要】：正常的人際對待,常常是以對待者與被對待者雙方的理性本質(zhì)存在為基礎(chǔ),他們的對待是對等的、相互的。而理性者對于諸如智障、植物人之類的無理性能力者的對待,卻因被對待者失去理性能力而變得不對等,但這種不對等并沒有使被對待者失去被合理對待的"權(quán)利",原因就在于人們不是根據(jù)理性原則而是根據(jù)情感原則——具體來講是愛的原則——來對待無理性能力者,愛的原則時常無視被對待者的具體條件規(guī)定而對其合理對待,它因而具有對待對象的更加廣泛的適用性。
[Abstract]:Normal interpersonal treatment is often based on the rational nature of both the treated and the treated, and their treatment is equal and mutual. And rational people treat irrational people, such as mentally retarded, vegetative people, and become unequal because the treated people lose their rational ability, But this inequality does not deprive the treated of the "right" to be treated reasonably, because people treat the irrational person not on the basis of the principle of reason but on the principle of emotion specifically the principle of love. The principle of love often ignores the specific conditions of the treated and treats them reasonably, thus it has wider applicability to the object.
