【摘要】：人的生命尊嚴(yán)在基督教有完整論證,但其證立需借助神性。理性尊嚴(yán)觀、德性尊嚴(yán)觀、自主尊嚴(yán)觀等確立了人的內(nèi)在尊嚴(yán),但同時排除了人的生命尊嚴(yán)。醫(yī)學(xué)倫理學(xué)和生命倫理學(xué)一方面頻繁使用"生命尊嚴(yán)";另一方面對"尊嚴(yán)"循理性主義解釋,導(dǎo)致"尊嚴(yán)無用論"和"尊重取代論"出現(xiàn)。人的生命尊嚴(yán)亟需哲學(xué)論證。人與萬物的物質(zhì)差異是生命尊嚴(yán)的存在論基礎(chǔ);人與人之間對生命之至上性、關(guān)鍵權(quán)益性、神圣不可侵犯性的價值互認(rèn)是生命尊嚴(yán)的價值論根據(jù)。我國生命尊嚴(yán)的制度化有長足進(jìn)步,但人的生命、健康、安全還面臨許多威脅,把生命尊嚴(yán)作為一項制度倫理原則十分必要。
[Abstract]:The dignity of human life has a complete argument in Christianity, but its proof needs the aid of divinity. Rational dignity view, virtue dignity view, independent dignity view and so on have established the human intrinsic dignity, but at the same time excluded the human life dignity. On the one hand, medical ethics and bioethics frequently use "dignity of life"; on the other hand, "dignity" is interpreted according to rationalism, which leads to the emergence of "useless theory of dignity" and "theory of substitution of respect". The dignity of human life needs philosophical argumentation. The material difference between human beings and all things is the basis of the existence of life dignity, and the value of the supremacy, the key rights and interests, and the sacredness of human beings is the basis of the value theory of life dignity. The institutionalization of life dignity in our country has made great progress, but human life, health and security also face many threats, so it is necessary to regard life dignity as an institutional ethical principle.
