【摘要】：機(jī)器人作為人類的輔助,是人類認(rèn)識(shí)自然、改造世界的工具與手段。隨著人類對(duì)機(jī)器人需求的增加,機(jī)器人在人類社會(huì)生活和工作中占據(jù)的比重越來高,人類對(duì)機(jī)器人的認(rèn)可度也越來越高,這樣的變化是一個(gè)從量變到質(zhì)變的過程,既是按部就班的的,也是天翻地覆的。任何新事物的誕生都會(huì)對(duì)原有的次序和規(guī)律造成沖擊,在倫理道德方面尤為凸顯。機(jī)器人融入人類生活的同時(shí)對(duì)人與機(jī)器、人與社會(huì)、人與人之間的關(guān)系造成了強(qiáng)烈的沖擊。機(jī)器人倫理問題由于不同文化和宗教等差異,人們對(duì)這一問題的看法也存在著不同,但從全球性的視野出發(fā),我們可以從技術(shù)、法律與哲學(xué)方面提出一些建議。機(jī)器人技術(shù)作為當(dāng)今科學(xué)技術(shù)的最前沿,是人類認(rèn)識(shí)自然、改造世界的工具與手段。機(jī)器人技術(shù)的使用和發(fā)展應(yīng)當(dāng)是以人類利益為中心的,機(jī)器人的研發(fā)者理所應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)囊惨霞夹g(shù)倫理規(guī)范,而且也應(yīng)該是促進(jìn)人類自身倫理觀念向前發(fā)展的。歸根結(jié)底,人與人之間、人與社會(huì)之間以及人與自然之間不是單一的個(gè)體,而是一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的整體,相互之間都存在一定的權(quán)利與義務(wù);從另一個(gè)角度來說,機(jī)器人倫理道德水準(zhǔn)折射著著人類自身的倫理道德水準(zhǔn)。所以,通過機(jī)器人的倫理問題的探討能夠幫助人類建立健全自身倫理道德體系。機(jī)器人的發(fā)展離不開倫理道德體系的融入,只有將倫理道德體系融入到機(jī)器人的發(fā)展當(dāng)中才能真正的滿足人類對(duì)機(jī)器人的需求。這樣做不但是對(duì)機(jī)器人發(fā)展中諸多漏洞的彌補(bǔ),更是對(duì)人類倫理道德體系的維護(hù)。而且,缺乏倫理道德體系的支撐,機(jī)器人的發(fā)展根本無法僅僅憑借著技術(shù)來推動(dòng)。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)將“和諧”這一原則貫穿機(jī)器人的行為始終,避免造成倫理道德的沖突,實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)器人與人類和諧共處。
[Abstract]:As the assistant of human beings, robot is the tool and means for human beings to understand nature and transform the world. With the increase of human demand for robots, the proportion of robots in human social life and work is increasing, and the recognition of robots is also increasing. This change is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change. It is both step-by-step and earth-shaking. The birth of any new thing will have an impact on the original order and law, especially in the ethical aspect. The integration of robots into human life at the same time makes a strong impact on the relationship between man and machine, between man and society, and between human beings. Due to the differences of different cultures and religions, people have different views on this issue, but from the global perspective, we can put forward some suggestions from the aspects of technology, law and philosophy. As the frontier of science and technology, robot technology is the tool and means for human beings to understand nature and transform the world. The use and development of robot technology should be centered on the interests of human beings, and the robot R & D should conform to the technical ethical norms, and should also promote the development of human ethics. In the final analysis, it is not a single individual, but a unified whole, between man and man, between man and society and between man and nature, and there are certain rights and obligations between each other; from another point of view, The ethical level of robot reflects the ethical level of human itself. Therefore, the discussion of robot ethics can help human to establish and perfect their own ethical system. The development of robots can not be separated from the integration of ethical and moral systems. Only by integrating ethical and moral systems into the development of robots can we truly meet the needs of human beings for robots. This is not only to make up for many loopholes in the development of robots, but also to maintain the system of human ethics. Moreover, without the support of ethical system, the development of robots can not be driven by technology alone. We should keep the principle of "harmony" through the behavior of robots, avoid the conflicts of ethics and morality, and realize the harmonious coexistence between robots and human beings.
