【摘要】：在數(shù)據(jù)庫話語體系下,數(shù)據(jù)作為一種語言符號構成了信息域的本體結構�；谶@一基本事實,大數(shù)據(jù)時代下個體身份的建構實際上就是數(shù)據(jù)挖掘到信息拓展的過程。但由于在這一過程中,智能計算存在著自身無法克服的推斷性難題,所以就信息隱私而言,在一種人工環(huán)境的完全包圍中,則必然要面臨人類自我反思能力喪失所帶來的倫理風險,即"超級全景監(jiān)獄"之下的個體自由問題。立足于大數(shù)據(jù)的時代背景,回到信息域本體結構的論證之上,并且將信息隱私作為一項基本權利重新審視其內涵,才能為這一倫理難題的解決尋求一種可能性途徑。
[Abstract]:In the database discourse system, data, as a language symbol, constitutes the ontology structure of the information domain, based on this basic fact. In big data's time, the construction of individual identity is actually the process of data mining to information expansion, but in this process, intelligent computing has its own inferred problem. Therefore, as far as information privacy is concerned, in the complete encirclement of an artificial environment, it is bound to face the ethical risks brought by the loss of human self-reflection ability. That is, the individual freedom problem under the "Super panoramic Prison". Based on big data's background, it goes back to the argumentation of the ontology structure of information domain, and reexamines the connotation of information privacy as a basic right. In order to find a possible way to solve this ethical problem.
