【摘要】：科研利益是科研工作利益相關(guān)者的共同追求,是促進(jìn)科研成果完成的重要方面,但隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,科研利益沖突變的越發(fā)明顯,一系列的科研腐敗案件將科研領(lǐng)域推上了風(fēng)口浪尖,在社會(huì)上激起了人們對(duì)科研道德的輿論探討,引起了更多學(xué)者對(duì)科研利益的廣泛關(guān)注。法律、法規(guī)固然重要,道德約束必不可少,本文主要針對(duì)科研過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的種種灰色現(xiàn)象,闡述利益與道德的關(guān)系,旨在用道德的手段完善科研利益中出現(xiàn)的種種不合規(guī)之處。
[Abstract]:The interest of scientific research is the common pursuit of the stakeholders of scientific research work and an important aspect to promote the completion of scientific research results. However, with the development of the times, the conflict of interests in scientific research becomes more and more obvious. A series of scientific research corruption cases have pushed the scientific research field to the top of the wave, aroused the public opinion discussion on the scientific research morals in the society, has aroused more scholars' widespread concern to the scientific research interest. Laws and regulations are important, moral constraints are essential, this article mainly in view of the scientific research process of various grey phenomena, the relationship between interest and morality. The aim is to perfect all sorts of irregularities in scientific research interests by moral means.
