【摘要】：SOHO辦公又簡稱移動辦公和居家辦公,正伴隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展在全球范圍內(nèi)迅速蔓延。從倫理學(xué)視角審視這一現(xiàn)象,可以說SOHO辦公的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展是勞動方式上的一場道德進(jìn)步。因為SOHO辦公增強(qiáng)了普通勞動者的勞動自主性,提升了普通勞動者在勞動中的主體地位;改變了現(xiàn)代勞動組織和勞動文化中的不平等現(xiàn)象,推動了勞動平等理念的實現(xiàn);促進(jìn)了勞動與休閑、勞動與家庭的融合,是現(xiàn)代生活方式的一個重要變革。對SOHO辦公道德性質(zhì)的質(zhì)疑源于SOHO辦公尚處于起步階段,在技術(shù)、制度等方面還有諸多地方不夠完善,但是這并不會對它的道德性質(zhì)構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:The SOHO office also referred to as mobile office and home office, is accompanied by the rapid development of information technology quickly spread worldwide. Look at this phenomenon from the perspective of ethics, it can be said that the emergence and development of the SOHO office is a moral progress labor way. Because the SOHO office enhanced labor autonomy of ordinary workers. Enhance the general position of labors in labor; labor and labor organization changed the modern culture of inequality, and promote the implementation of the concept of equal labor; promote the integration of labor and labor and leisure, family, is an important change of modern life style. The SOHO office questioned from the moral nature the SOHO office is still in its infancy, in technology, and other aspects of the system, there are many places is not perfect, but this is not the moral nature of it constitutes a serious challenge.
