網(wǎng)絡(luò)風(fēng)暴迅速席卷了我們的生活，它使人們輕松地越過地域、空間的藩籬，網(wǎng)民常常花很長的時間逗留在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上與別人交流，網(wǎng)民在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行交際的主要語言形式就是本文所述的網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言。網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言在傳播和運用過程中凸現(xiàn)出了一些明顯的倫理問題，如網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播過程中語言污染與語言暴力、網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言傳播過程中網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介的道德缺失等，網(wǎng)民們所發(fā)表的言論越來越明顯的倫理失范傾向?qū)嵲谧屓藨n慮。那么，如何看待網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的倫理問題，，網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理是否擁有其特有的基本原則與具體規(guī)范，如何解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的倫理問題呢?本文正是基于這一系列問題而開展研究的。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言有其產(chǎn)生的社會現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)，本文首先對大量網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與取證，對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的存在空間與其獨特的語境特點進(jìn)行了分析，筆者認(rèn)為由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的存在空間BBS、聊天室、E-Mail、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告等具有交流主體的平等性、行為與責(zé)任相分離、角色扮演的隨意性、中語境的缺失等特點，因此在網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的傳播過程中不可避免地會出現(xiàn)一些道德缺失的現(xiàn)象。 針對這些現(xiàn)象，筆者引入對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言新的倫理角度審視，闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的深層本質(zhì)，分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)社會倫理的特質(zhì)，對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了理論上的規(guī)劃，并對其功能與研究價值進(jìn)行了探討。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的道德原則在整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言道德體系中占核心地位，是整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言道德體系的總綱，道德規(guī)范是其道德原則的具體化和進(jìn)一步展開�？v觀國內(nèi)外，目前對網(wǎng)絡(luò)倫理道德原則與規(guī)范提得較多，但大多較為松散，有的道德規(guī)范甚至沒有涉及具體的兩絡(luò)行為，而且，筆者暫時還沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)學(xué)者提出針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的基本原財與具體規(guī)范。因此，網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的基本原則與具體、可行的道德規(guī)范是本文的核心內(nèi)容，也是本文主要的創(chuàng)新點之一。在這部分里，筆者提出了網(wǎng)上言論自由原則、尊重他人人格原則、無傷正當(dāng)利益原則，以及由這三條原則展開和深化的八條具體道德規(guī)范，為網(wǎng)絡(luò)言行提供道德指引與評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后，針對前文所述的網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理問題，筆者提出了整合不同文化背景下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理、強化網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言的倫理過濾、實施有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理教育、構(gòu)建法律對網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理的支撐機制等一系列促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)語言倫理建設(shè)的具體措施。
The network storm which makes people easy to cross the region, spatial obstacle rolls up our life quickly. The bedizen usually spends long time chatting over for the network with other people, the main language form adopted in net interaction is the network language which mentioned in this essay.Net language spread with some obvious ethics problems such as the language pollution and violence. More and more obvious ethics problems really make the person worried. More and more obvious ethics problems really make the person worried.Then, how to treat the ethical problem of the network language? if the network owns its special basic principle with the concrete norm? How to resolve the ethics problem of the network language? This paper exactly expands the investigation on the basis of the sequence of these problems.Network language owns social realistic foundation. At first, this paper investigates and ratifies a large number of the net language phenomena, then proceeds with its special language environment characteristics and the space of presence in network. The writer think that because of the phonetic presence in network space BBS, chat room, E-Mail, net-literature and net-advertisement have some characters such as the exchanges corpus to separate with duty mutually, role play of random,lacking of mid-environment, therefore in network phonetics spreading process the phenomena mat will appear the some morals of imperfection inevitably.Aiming at these phenomena, the writer reviews the net language from the new ethic perspective, expatiating the ethical and deep nature of net language ethics and analyzing the characteristics which discriminate the network language ethics from the social ethics, programming to the ethical and internal construction in the network language theoretically, proceeding its function and the value of study.The ethical principle of the net language occupies the core position in the whole net language morals system. It is the general outline of the whole net language morals system. Every kind of morals norm specifies and develops the morals principle .The morals norm is a virtuous principle in its teachings to embody with further launch. In this part, the writer puts forward the principles of the net such as principle of making speech, principle of respecting others, principle of not hurting proper benefits, and launching deep eight concrete morals norm. These principles and the norms provide the morals guide line for the behaviors and evaluate the standard.Finally, aiming at the ethical problem which mentioned in the paper, the writer puts forward some pollutions that involve the integration of different culture background, enhance the filters of network language andputting into practice valid net language ethics education and setting up the law to the supporting mechanism of net language ethics and also promoting the concrete measures of establishing net language ethics.
