基于職業(yè)錨測量的對兩代人工作價值觀的研究

  上世紀(jì)80年代和當(dāng)今大學(xué)生的工作價值觀之間的變化備受諸多學(xué)者和人力資源專家的關(guān)注。與80年代大學(xué)畢業(yè)的60后相比,年輕一代成長的社會環(huán)境有很大的差別,因此這兩代人的職業(yè)錨和工作價值觀也有所不同。本論文旨在探究國內(nèi)60后和90后工作價值觀的異同,及其存在的原因。針對當(dāng)前國內(nèi)對代際工作價值觀的研究的不足,本研究創(chuàng)新地結(jié)合跨文化交際中施瓦茲的價值觀體系和職業(yè)心理學(xué)中的職業(yè)錨理論,進(jìn)行較為系統(tǒng)的分析。在控制教育背景、年齡等變量的條件下,本研究以定量分析的方法,通過問卷的形式調(diào)查了正就讀于和已畢業(yè)于廣東高校的兩組被試的職業(yè)錨,以此探究兩代人的工作價值觀。通過便利抽樣,本研究選取了200名90后和150名60后作為調(diào)查樣本,經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)篩選分別得到149個和53個有效數(shù)據(jù),并以PASWStatistics18.0進(jìn)行討論分析問卷結(jié)果。研究結(jié)果表明,60后與90后就工作價值觀的基本架構(gòu)而言存在明顯差異。老一代的工作價值觀的排序結(jié)果為:自我超越,開放性,保守,自我增強(qiáng)。與之相較,年輕一代的排序依次為:保守,開放性,自我超越,自我增強(qiáng)。此外,在國際金融危機(jī)和西方價值觀的沖擊下,和國內(nèi)國情及制度變化的影響下,...
