本研究由以下內(nèi)容構(gòu)成。第一部分,引言概述了戰(zhàn)略的含義、種類,以及這些戰(zhàn)略在推進(jìn)非洲各國婦女參與決策方面的價(jià)值；列舉了主要的國際和地區(qū)文件,這些文件被用來促使聯(lián)合政府承認(rèn)婦女的政治權(quán)利。通過這些文件可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在當(dāng)代,非洲婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)的要求和全球婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)的要求具有一致性；但與此同時(shí),在某些地區(qū),某些方面,婦女參與決策的民主化現(xiàn)狀,也對遵守和執(zhí)行相關(guān)國際公約構(gòu)成了挑戰(zhàn)。在第二部分,本研究首先以婦女職業(yè)沖突為例,說明了婦女往往既是一些暴力沖突的發(fā)起者,也是受害者。盡管這類沖突在非洲已經(jīng)少見,但有時(shí)還是會(huì)出乎意料地發(fā)生,目的就是要改變女性在社會(huì)生活中的地位。在展示性別沖突的現(xiàn)狀之后,本文也論述了如何建構(gòu)、維護(hù)與發(fā)展和諧的性別關(guān)系。盡管這個(gè)問題在國際上已經(jīng)受到越來越多的關(guān)注,就像聯(lián)合國第1325號決議所表明的一樣,但是,本研究也發(fā)現(xiàn),在非洲,婦女在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型和民主化過程中依然面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn)。第三部分,本研究仔細(xì)列舉和分析了那些已被用在婦女運(yùn)動(dòng)中向民主化過渡的實(shí)用策略；分析了支持和反對增加?jì)D女選舉權(quán)與被選舉權(quán)的選舉制度,分析了這方面采取不同戰(zhàn)略的效果。并建議非洲各國根據(jù)自己的情況,適當(dāng)增加?jì)D女代表的配額。...
