本文通過對(duì)中小城市在珠江三角洲城市化進(jìn)程中的發(fā)展地位、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、城市化形成機(jī)制以及珠江三角洲未來發(fā)展環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行分析 ,得出 :①中小城市的發(fā)展完善了珠江三角洲的城鎮(zhèn)體系 ;②中小城市對(duì)城市化水平的貢獻(xiàn)率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于大城市 ;③未來城市發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制將更趨多樣性 ,將會(huì)出現(xiàn)更加理想的城市化空間發(fā)展模式。另外 ,針對(duì)珠江三角洲未來中小城市的發(fā)展 ,本文提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。

It firstly reviews the twin concepts in various disciplines. This illustrates their heuristic power as philosophical particles. Their connotation in sphere of urban space evolution is further scrutinized as two basic "resultant forces" of the sophisticated mechanisms beyond urban...

With the couple of paradoxical tendencies transforming urban space, concentration and decentralization, the paper aims at establishing a philosophical perspective, interpreting the complexity of evolution of urban spatial structure. It firstly reviews the twin concepts in various disciplines. This illustrates their heuristic power as philosophical particles. Their connotation in sphere of urban space evolution is further scrutinized as two basic "resultant forces" of the sophisticated mechanisms beyond urban spatial evolution. The mutuality of concentration and decentralization as two aspects of unity of opposites is a fundamental contradiction of urban spatial evolution. It is argued that the spatial meaning of concentration and decentralization in the philosophic method, and paradoxical recurrent trends of concentration and decentralization are abstracted as a pervasive intrinsic feature of urban spatial evolution. Based on this, Secondly, the paper proceeds to survey theoretical explanations of urban spatial evolution, with the controversial performance of concentration and decentralization as the monotype, and put forward that the urban spatial evolution is under the contradictory development of concentration and decentralization. Although urban spatial evolution exhibits colorful patterns of concentration and decentralization, it is still possible to conclude in some common laws. Therefore the paper investigates into the current trends, revealing the concentration dialectic in evolution of urban space. After discussed academic view of concentration and decentralization and the track of city development, then pointed out mechanism characteristics and unified trend of concentration and decentralization. Finally, the paper contends that because of the difference of socio-economic backdrops, the play of concentration and decentralization of urban space exhibits distinguished features. The paper emphasize this will be convenience of understand and hold the evolvement regulation of urban space, and guide city development fulfillment in our country. This paper cover six parts:(1) discussed academic view of the concept of concentration and decentralization in the philosophic method, (2) the spatial meaning of concentration and decentralization, (3) the controvert of concentration and decentralization in academic research, (4) the Concentration dialectic in evolution of urban space. (5) the philosophic deduction of concentration and decentralization (6) the conclusions.

城市空間是一種處在對(duì)立統(tǒng)一運(yùn)動(dòng)中的矛盾復(fù)合體。集中與分散的相互關(guān)系作為城市空間中對(duì)立統(tǒng)一的兩面 ,構(gòu)成了城市空間演化的基本矛盾。它們的對(duì)立與統(tǒng)一成為城市空間發(fā)展的最本質(zhì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)。文章以哲學(xué)的方法論透視了集中與分散的概念 ,討論了集中與分散的學(xué)術(shù)論爭(zhēng)及其背后城市發(fā)展的軌跡 ,指出了集中與分散的機(jī)制特點(diǎn)以及一體化趨勢(shì) ,得出了集中與分散是城市空間演化中的基本表現(xiàn) ,是考察城市空間運(yùn)動(dòng)的一個(gè)基本視角的結(jié)論。文章通過深入剖析集中主義與分散主義不同的發(fā)展條件與背景 ,揭示了城市空間內(nèi)部集中與分散的關(guān)系以及空間機(jī)理 ,強(qiáng)調(diào)據(jù)此有助于從中了解與把握城市空間演化的規(guī)律 ,有利于指導(dǎo)我國(guó)城市發(fā)展的實(shí)踐。
