文章摘要：本文從醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)兩個(gè)主要分支——生態(tài)醫(yī)學(xué)地理和保健地理領(lǐng)域入手,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)研究內(nèi)容與進(jìn)展,并在文獻(xiàn)閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合軟件平臺(tái)建立醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫,對(duì)高引用文獻(xiàn)、高頻詞匯、作者國別和所屬機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行排名和識(shí)別。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)從關(guān)注＂疾病＂拓展到與＂健康＂相關(guān)的地理問題,研究的空間尺度從全球、國家、地方到社區(qū)再到建筑內(nèi)部向更廣泛和更細(xì)致發(fā)展,研究手段進(jìn)一步豐富,更多空間分析技術(shù)和方法被應(yīng)用。研究內(nèi)容熱點(diǎn)包括人類自身發(fā)展和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)對(duì)健康的影響,保健服務(wù)的空間關(guān)系、人們的保健行為對(duì)健康的影響,鄰里環(huán)境尤其是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對(duì)健康的影響,衛(wèi)生與健康公平尤其是特殊群體的醫(yī)療服務(wù)問題。醫(yī)學(xué)地理研究的學(xué)者來自醫(yī)學(xué)和公共衛(wèi)生相關(guān)研究機(jī)構(gòu)的最多,其次是地理研究機(jī)構(gòu)。大量的醫(yī)學(xué)地理研究主要來自于美洲、歐洲等發(fā)達(dá)國家和中國、巴西等快速發(fā)展中的國家。本文認(rèn)為醫(yī)學(xué)地理學(xué)未來將向更廣泛層面的福祉研究發(fā)展,研究的空間尺度將一步深化和細(xì)化,并加大對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)醫(yī)療等虛擬空間的深入研究,學(xué)科融合更廣泛。

Abstr：In this paper, based on the discussions on the two main branches, ecological medical geography and health care geography, we reviewed current content and development process of medical geography. Through lit- erature study and use of a software platform, we established a database which helps identify and rank citation rates, vocabulary frequencies, authors＇ countries and affiliations. We argued that, in contrast to classic literature, medical geography studies in recent years expanded the focuses from ＂disease＂ to ＂health＂ related geographical issues; research horizons expanded from global to national, to local, to neighborhood, and even to the inner space of a building; more and more research tools became available, and more and more spatial analysis meth- ods have been used. The focuses of the studies of medical geography include： the impact of human development and socio-economic activities on health, spatial relationships between healthcare services, effects of healthcare behavior on the health conditions, the impacts of neighborhood environment, especially socio-economic condi- tions, health and healthcare equity issues, especially medical services and healthcare for the groups with special needs. The majority of the researchers are mainly from medical and public health fields, followed by the ones from geographic research institutions. Studies of medical geography are mainly in developed American and Eu- ropean countries, as well as the fast developing countries such as China, Brazil, and so on. This paper argued that research in medical geography should expand to a broader scope that includes the study of well-being; the spatial scale of the study would be widened, deepened, and expanded to the topics in
