【摘要】：廉政文化作為一種先進(jìn)的文化，無(wú)疑是社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化的重要組成部分，而廉政文化建設(shè)也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨反腐倡廉建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)性工程，是構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的必然要求。在崇廉尚廉的社會(huì)氛圍下，廉政文化可以對(duì)腐敗行為造成巨大的社會(huì)輿論和心理壓力，有效遏制腐敗，有助廉潔政治、廉潔社會(huì)的建設(shè)。 反腐敗、倡廉政，是每個(gè)國(guó)家每個(gè)政黨一貫堅(jiān)持的鮮明的立場(chǎng)和主張，我國(guó)自然也不例外。隨著改革開(kāi)放的不斷深入，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)廉政文化建設(shè)日趨重視，，自然就在廉政文化建設(shè)方面取得了顯著的成績(jī)，尤其是十八大以來(lái)，黨中央在加大反腐敗工作的同時(shí)，高度重視黨的廉政文化建設(shè)。我們?cè)诳隙ㄟ@些成績(jī)的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)清醒的認(rèn)識(shí)到目前仍存在一些嚴(yán)重的腐敗現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)然，導(dǎo)致腐敗的原因是多方面的，但是其中一個(gè)重要原因在于廉潔文化并未在社會(huì)中普遍建立。在中國(guó)處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，不斷加強(qiáng)黨的廉政文化建設(shè)，培育黨員干部正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀和世界觀，建立拒腐防變教育長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制，在全社會(huì)形成崇廉尚潔的文化氛圍，這些對(duì)鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位，對(duì)打造廉潔政府具有至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文從廉政文化建設(shè)的廉政價(jià)值文化、廉政制度文化、廉政物質(zhì)文化三個(gè)層面展開(kāi)，總結(jié)馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的廉政思想、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)廉政文化資源及國(guó)外廉政理論成果的基礎(chǔ)上，闡述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨廉政文化建設(shè)的重大意義，分析當(dāng)前黨的廉政文化建設(shè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，嘗試提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:As an advanced culture, clean government culture is undoubtedly an important part of socialist advanced culture, and the construction of clean government culture is also the basic project of the Communist Party of China to fight corruption and promote honesty, and it is the inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society. In the social atmosphere of advocating honesty and honesty, the culture of clean government can cause great public opinion and psychological pressure on corruption, effectively curb corruption, and contribute to the construction of clean politics and clean society. Anti-corruption and advocating clean government are clear-cut positions and propositions consistently adhered to by every political party in every country, and our country is no exception. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China has paid more and more attention to the construction of clean government culture, which has naturally made remarkable achievements in the construction of clean government culture, especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), while increasing its anti-corruption work, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the construction of clean government culture. While recognizing these achievements, we should also be soberly aware that there are still some serious corruption. Of course, there are many reasons for corruption, but one of the important reasons is that integrity culture is not widely established in society. In the period of social transformation, China is in a period of social transformation, constantly strengthen the construction of the party's clean government culture, cultivate the correct outlook on life, values and world outlook of party members and cadres, establish a long-term mechanism of anti-corruption and anti-change education, and form a cultural atmosphere of revering honesty and cleanliness in the whole society. These play an important role in consolidating the party's ruling position and building a clean government. Based on the value culture of clean government culture, the system culture of clean government and the material culture of clean government, this paper summarizes the thought of clean government of Marxist classical writers, the cultural resources of Chinese traditional clean government and the theoretical achievements of clean government abroad, expounds the great significance of the construction of clean government culture of the Communist Party of China, analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of honest and honest culture of the party at present, and tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
