基層領導干部化解同質(zhì)化競爭的道與謀

【摘要】:在基層領導干部隊伍中,每個人都想追求上進,都想通過自己努力,實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值,通過加薪升職證明自己的能力。基層領導干部往往具有豐富的工作激情,扎實工作,在這樣的工作狀態(tài)下,他們的學習能力、工作效率、發(fā)展?jié)撡|(zhì)能夠很好地激發(fā)出來,同事間的這種適當競爭,能夠激勵基層領導干部更好地發(fā)揮自己的才干。同時,基層領導干部同質(zhì)化競爭也會導致各種心理問題應運而生、同事人際關系越發(fā)緊張、"潛規(guī)則"現(xiàn)象亂象環(huán)生、個人工作效率大幅降低等的負效應;饣鶎宇I導干部同質(zhì)化競爭會面對官場"潛規(guī)則""官本位"思想、傳統(tǒng)干部體制的慣性等同質(zhì)化競爭的阻力,需要從制度上化解同質(zhì)化競爭,從心理角度調(diào)適同質(zhì)化競爭,引導基層領導干部在同質(zhì)化競爭下進行良性競爭,從加強基層領導干部職業(yè)生涯管理等方面化解。
[Abstract]:In the leading cadres of the grass-roots level, everyone wants to pursue their own efforts to achieve their own life value, and to prove their ability through the promotion of a salary increase. The leaders of the grass-roots level tend to have rich working passion and solid work, and in such a working condition, their learning ability, work efficiency and development potential can be well motivated and the proper competition among the co-workers, The leaders of the grass-roots level can be encouraged to better play their own talents. At the same time, the homogenization competition of the leading cadres at the grass-roots level can also lead to the emergence of various psychological problems. It is necessary to resolve the competition from the system, and to adapt the homogenization competition from the psychological point of view. To guide the leading cadres of the grass-roots level to carry out the benign competition under the homogenization competition, and to solve the problems in the course of strengthening the career management of the leading cadres in the grass-roots level.
