【摘要】：正權(quán)力貨幣化具有內(nèi)生性,權(quán)力具有自發(fā)地與貨幣交換的原動力。如果失去對權(quán)力的制約和監(jiān)督,由于權(quán)力貨幣化產(chǎn)生的推動力,權(quán)力異化不可避免�；蛘呒词菇⒘藱�(quán)力制約和監(jiān)督機制,但異化的力量(如內(nèi)部人控制)強于監(jiān)督的力量而使得控權(quán)失靈,權(quán)力貨幣化仍然要發(fā)生,權(quán)力異化也就無法消除。因此,防止權(quán)力異化的根本
