【摘要】：正權力貨幣化具有內生性,權力具有自發(fā)地與貨幣交換的原動力。如果失去對權力的制約和監(jiān)督,由于權力貨幣化產(chǎn)生的推動力,權力異化不可避免。或者即使建立了權力制約和監(jiān)督機制,但異化的力量(如內部人控制)強于監(jiān)督的力量而使得控權失靈,權力貨幣化仍然要發(fā)生,權力異化也就無法消除。因此,防止權力異化的根本
