【摘要】：黨內(nèi)政治文化是融入黨員干部血脈的精神標(biāo)識(shí),發(fā)揮著凝神聚氣和旗幟引領(lǐng)作用,是新形勢(shì)下推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程的必然要求。推進(jìn)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),重點(diǎn)是要加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)制度文化、精神文化和行為文化的建設(shè);要夯實(shí)其經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、社會(huì)基礎(chǔ);要在揚(yáng)棄與傳承中創(chuàng)新黨內(nèi)政治文化。
[Abstract]:The inner-party political culture is the spiritual symbol of integrating the blood of the party members and cadres, plays the role of condensing the spirit and gathering the spirit and guiding the banner, and is the inevitable requirement of promoting the new great project of the party building under the new situation. To promote the construction of inner-party political culture, the key point is to strengthen the construction of inner-party system culture, spiritual culture and behavior culture; to consolidate its economic base and social foundation; and to innovate inner-party political culture in the process of sublimation and inheritance.
