大學(xué)生基層黨組織“五體聯(lián)動”的黨員教育協(xié)同路徑探究

【摘要】：為了保障大學(xué)生基層黨組織黨員教育的實(shí)效性和針對性,高校應(yīng)該構(gòu)建"五體聯(lián)動"的黨員教育協(xié)同路徑。即,配好支部書記,培育基層黨組織黨員教育統(tǒng)籌主體;夯實(shí)組織保壘,打造基層黨組織黨員教育的共同體;調(diào)動普通學(xué)生,形成學(xué)生黨員日常表現(xiàn)監(jiān)督獨(dú)立體;治理黨員隊(duì)伍,構(gòu)建基層組織黨性教育自治責(zé)任體;配合上級黨委,組建基層黨建工作水平評估主導(dǎo)體。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the effectiveness and pertinence of the education of party members in grass-roots party organizations of college students, colleges and universities should construct the coordinated path of "five-body linkage" in the education of party members. That is to say, we should match the secretary of the branch well, cultivate the main body of the education and overall planning of the party members of the grass-roots party organizations, tamp the organization and protect the base, build the community of the education of the party members of the grass-roots party organizations, mobilize ordinary students, and form an independent body of supervision and supervision of the daily performance of the Manage the contingent of party members, build the autonomy responsibility of party spirit education in grass-roots organizations, cooperate with the party committees at higher levels, and set up the main conductor for evaluating the level of party building at the grass-roots level.
