【摘要】：正年輕干部做人要有良好的心態(tài)。年輕干部要練就陽光心態(tài),對待工作樂觀開朗,多想積極的一面,少想消極的一面,少抱怨、多理解、多擔(dān)當(dāng)。要練就平和心態(tài),做到淡泊明志、寧靜致遠(yuǎn),服從組織安排,正確對待進(jìn)退留轉(zhuǎn),不計較個人得失,不過分追求名利。要練就寬容心態(tài),做到海納百川,對人對事保持寬容之心,不尖酸刻薄,多忍多讓,能學(xué)人之長、容人之短。要練就進(jìn)取心
[Abstract]:It is necessary to have a good mentality for young cadres to be human beings. Young cadres should practice a sunny attitude, be optimistic and cheerful about their work, think more about the positive side, think less about the negative side, complain less, understand more, and take on more responsibility. We should practice peace of mind, keep quiet and distant, obey organizational arrangements, treat progress, retreat, stay and transfer correctly, ignore personal gains and losses, and not excessively pursue fame and wealth.
