【摘要】："制度治黨"是習(xí)近平治國理政思想的重大創(chuàng)新,它內(nèi)涵社會(huì)主義法治精神、科學(xué)理性精神和開放創(chuàng)新精神。中國共產(chǎn)黨的"治黨制度"是一個(gè)包含頂層設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)邊界和微觀機(jī)制的政黨治理制度體系。以"制度治黨"精神完善"治黨制度"體系,對(duì)于黨增強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"目標(biāo),推進(jìn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興,都具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:"governing the Party by system" is an important innovation of Xi Jinping's thought on governing the country. It contains the spirit of socialist rule of law, the spirit of scientific rationality and the spirit of opening up and innovation. The Communist Party of China's governing system is a political party governance system which includes top-level design, structural boundary and micro-mechanism. It is of great significance for the Party to strengthen its long-term ruling ability, to achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation by perfecting the system of governing the Party with the spirit of "governing the Party by system".
