【摘要】：黨的十九大報告提出,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行新形勢下黨內(nèi)政治生活若干準(zhǔn)則,增強黨內(nèi)政治生活的政治性、時代性、原則性、戰(zhàn)斗性。黨的十八屆六中全會審議通過的《關(guān)于新形勢下黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》對新形勢下加強和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活進行全面部署,為嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活、政黨認同提供基本遵循,把"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局提升到新的高度。開展嚴(yán)肅認真的黨內(nèi)政治生活,是馬克思主義政黨區(qū)別于其他政黨的重要特征,嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活與黨內(nèi)認同是提升黨的執(zhí)政能力、增強國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要途徑。黨的十八大以來,黨內(nèi)政治生活明顯加強,但黨內(nèi)政治生活的開展仍然不同程度地存在一些亟待解決的突出問題,在全面從嚴(yán)治黨的背景下,嚴(yán)肅黨內(nèi)政治生活與政治認同必須從加強思想政治建設(shè)、嚴(yán)格黨的組織生活、嚴(yán)明黨規(guī)黨紀(jì)、加強黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部率先垂范等方面著力。
[Abstract]:According to the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, strict implementation of certain norms of inner-party political life under the new situation will enhance the political, contemporary, principled and combat character of inner-party political life. The "guidelines on political Life within the Party under the New situation", adopted at the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, made comprehensive arrangements for strengthening and standardizing the inner-party political life under the new situation, so as to provide basic adherence to serious inner-party political life and party identity. Raise the "four comprehensive" strategic layout to a new level. The development of serious inner-party political life is an important characteristic of Marxist political party which is different from other political parties. Serious inner-party political life and inner-party identity are important ways to enhance the ruling ability of the party and strengthen the modernization of national governance. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the inner-party political life has obviously strengthened, but the development of the inner-party political life still has some outstanding problems that need to be solved in varying degrees, under the background of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. Serious inner-party political life and political identity must focus on strengthening ideological and political construction, strict organizational life of the party, strict party discipline, strengthening inner-party supervision, leading cadres leading the way, and so on.
