【摘要】：1942年10月,中共中央北方局決定調(diào)派黃敬任冀魯豫區(qū)黨委書記。他到任后,圍繞邊區(qū)的民主民生運(yùn)動(dòng),針對冀魯豫邊區(qū)的群眾工作,就樹立堅(jiān)定的群眾觀念、群眾動(dòng)員工作的方法和策略以及群眾動(dòng)員工作中存在的偏差等方面,提出了一系列創(chuàng)見,形成了獨(dú)特的群眾動(dòng)員思想。黃敬群眾動(dòng)員思想極大推進(jìn)了冀魯豫邊區(qū)的群眾工作,成為邊區(qū)依靠群眾來渡過難關(guān)的重要理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In October 1942, the Northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee decided to appoint Huang Jing as party committee secretary of Jilu-Yu District. After he arrived, the democratic people's livelihood movement in the border region, aimed at the masses' work in the Hebei-Shandong-Henan border region, set up a firm concept of the masses, the methods and strategies of the masses mobilization work, and the deviations in the masses mobilization work, and so on. Put forward a series of ideas, formed a unique mass mobilization thought. Huang Jing's thought of mass mobilization has greatly promoted the masses' work in the Hebei-Shandong-Henan border region and has become an important theoretical guide for the border region to rely on the masses to tide over the difficulties.
