【摘要】：正近年來,越來越多的地方基層干部通過選拔脫穎而出,陸續(xù)進入省市機關(guān)工作。這一干部選拔任用的新機制,有利于那些基層工作經(jīng)驗豐富、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)干實事的"草根干部"在更大的平臺上發(fā)揮作用,也有利于提高國家政策在基層貫徹執(zhí)行的針對性和可操作性。但是,由于"草根干部"的"草根性",他們在新的工作環(huán)境中進行工作角色轉(zhuǎn)換時常常面臨諸多的不適應(yīng),嚴(yán)重影響他們的心理健康和工作熱情。因此,有必要對調(diào)至省市機關(guān)
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more local grass-roots cadres stand out through selection and gradually enter the work of provincial and municipal organs.
