“草根干部”上調(diào)后的心理適應(yīng)困境及應(yīng)對(duì)之策

【摘要】:正近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的地方基層干部通過(guò)選拔脫穎而出,陸續(xù)進(jìn)入省市機(jī)關(guān)工作。這一干部選拔任用的新機(jī)制,有利于那些基層工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、兢兢業(yè)業(yè)干實(shí)事的"草根干部"在更大的平臺(tái)上發(fā)揮作用,也有利于提高國(guó)家政策在基層貫徹執(zhí)行的針對(duì)性和可操作性。但是,由于"草根干部"的"草根性",他們?cè)谛碌墓ぷ鳝h(huán)境中進(jìn)行工作角色轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)常常面臨諸多的不適應(yīng),嚴(yán)重影響他們的心理健康和工作熱情。因此,有必要對(duì)調(diào)至省市機(jī)關(guān)
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more local grass-roots cadres stand out through selection and gradually enter the work of provincial and municipal organs. This new mechanism for the selection and appointment of cadres is conducive to "grass-roots cadres" who are experienced in grass-roots work and conscientiously engaged in practical work, and play a role on a larger platform. It is also beneficial to improve the pertinence and maneuverability of the implementation of national policies at the grass-roots level.
