【摘要】：將"以德治黨"與"依規(guī)治黨"相結(jié)合,在高校黨建中,充分發(fā)揮道德和法律兩個社會規(guī)范的作用,貫徹從嚴治黨方針,使高校黨組織保持先進性,更好地領(lǐng)導高校的發(fā)展。在高校推進"以德治黨",主要從以下三個方面采取措施:加強黨的思想建設(shè),提高黨員道德水平;健全黨建機制,突出"德"在干部任用和考核中的優(yōu)先位置;加強黨組織的新媒體建設(shè),推動黨風建設(shè)。通過積極推進"以德治黨",提升黨員隊伍的純潔性,打造一支思想道德素質(zhì)高的高校黨員隊伍。
[Abstract]:By combining "ruling the Party by virtue" and "governing the Party according to rules", we should give full play to the role of moral and legal social norms in the party construction of colleges and universities, carry out the policy of strictly governing the Party, so that the Party organizations in colleges and universities can maintain their advanced nature and better lead the development of colleges and universities. To promote "ruling the Party by virtue" in colleges and universities, we should take measures from the following three aspects: strengthening the ideological construction of the Party, improving the moral level of Party members, perfecting the mechanism of party building, and giving prominence to the priority of "morality" in the appointment and assessment of cadres; We will strengthen the construction of new media in party organizations and promote the building of party style. By actively promoting "ruling the Party by virtue", improving the purity of party members, building a high ideological and moral quality of party members in colleges and universities.
