如何開辟一條讓好干部脫穎而出的路子

【摘要】：正用一賢人則群賢畢至,見賢思齊就蔚然成風。好干部是黨的寶貴資源,組織部門要按照習總書記"信念堅定、為民服務、勤政務實、敢于擔當、清正廉潔"的好干部標準,始終把選人用人作為關系黨和事業(yè)的關鍵性、根本性問題來抓,通過建立健全讓好干部脫穎而出的良性機制,把好干部發(fā)掘出來、培養(yǎng)起來、使用上來。
[Abstract]:A wise man is a wise man, and when one sees a wise man, one will become a fashion. Good cadres are the precious resources of the party, and the organizational departments should follow General Secretary Xi's "firm faith, serve the people, be diligent and pragmatic, dare to take up the responsibility, be honest and clean", and always regard the selection and employment of personnel as the key to the party and the cause. We should tackle the fundamental problems by establishing and perfecting a sound mechanism to make good cadres stand out, unearthing, cultivating, and using good cadres.
