干部任用必須摒棄個人“小圈子”

【摘要】:干部任用中的"圈子文化"消解選人用人制度權(quán)威,助長官場"逆淘汰"之風氣,滋生各種官場腐敗現(xiàn)象,增加了國家和社會治理的難度。為此,必須鏟除干部任用中"圈子文化"的土壤,堵塞其通道,摧毀其市場,維護干部任用的風清氣正。
[Abstract]:The "circle culture" in the appointment of cadres dispels the authority of the selection and appointment system, fosters the atmosphere of "anti-elimination" of the officialdom, breeds all kinds of corruption in the official field, and increases the difficulty of governing the country and the society. Therefore, we must eliminate the soil of "circle culture" in the appointment of cadres, block its channels, destroy its market, and maintain the spirit and integrity of the appointment of cadres.
