【摘要】：密切聯(lián)系群眾是我們黨的優(yōu)良作風(fēng),是我們黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民群眾取得革命、建設(shè)和改革開放勝利的關(guān)鍵。人民群眾是我們黨的力量之源,可否始終保持與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系直接關(guān)系我們黨和國家的盛衰興亡。十八大以來,在黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)、反腐倡廉力度進(jìn)一步加大、黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)取得實(shí)效、全面深化改革為密切黨群關(guān)系奠定更好基礎(chǔ)的推動(dòng)下,黨群關(guān)系得到了一定改善。但是,當(dāng)前依然存在著侵害群眾利益問題、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作風(fēng)問題、群眾工作方法方式問題、聯(lián)系群眾體制機(jī)制問題、西方國家和平演變和極端勢(shì)力破壞等問題,這些問題阻礙了新時(shí)期進(jìn)一步密切黨群關(guān)系。根據(jù)新時(shí)期黨群關(guān)系面臨的新情況和新問題,我們黨應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持以人為本、執(zhí)政為民原則；堅(jiān)持團(tuán)結(jié)穩(wěn)定、正面引導(dǎo)原則；堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是、分類指導(dǎo)原則；堅(jiān)持內(nèi)外有別、積極穩(wěn)妥原則；堅(jiān)持突出重點(diǎn)、兼顧全面原則。新時(shí)期密切黨群關(guān)系,必須以全面從嚴(yán)治黨為重點(diǎn),保持黨的純潔性和先進(jìn)性；以完善體制機(jī)制為保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)黨群良性互動(dòng)常態(tài)化；以方式方法創(chuàng)新為突破,提高黨群工作成效；以加快經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展為推手,提高群眾生活滿意度；以加強(qiáng)人民群眾教育為依托,消除黨群間的思想和情感距離；以全面依法治國為抓手,引導(dǎo)黨和群眾尊法守法,多管齊下,切實(shí)為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)凝聚更多力量。
[Abstract]:Maintaining close ties with the masses is our party's fine style of work and the key to our party's success in leading the masses to revolution, construction, and reform and opening up. The masses are the source of our party's strength, whether or not we can maintain the flesh and blood contact with the masses is directly related to the rise and fall of our party and country. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the Party has further strengthened its style of work, strengthened its efforts in combating corruption and promoting clean government, achieved practical results in its mass line education, and comprehensively deepened reform to lay a better foundation for close party-mass relations. The relationship between the Party and the masses has improved to a certain extent. However, at present, there are still problems such as encroaching on the interests of the masses, the work style of leading cadres, the methods of mass work, the connection with the mass system and mechanism, the peaceful evolution of western countries and the destruction of extremist forces, etc. These problems hinder the new period to further close the relationship between the Party and the masses. According to the new situation and problems facing the relationship between the Party and the masses in the new period, our Party should adhere to the principles of people-oriented, ruling for the people, unity and stability, positive guidance, seeking truth from facts, classification and guiding principles. Adhere to the principle of internal and external differences, positive and sound; stick to the key points, taking into account the principle of comprehensive. In order to close the relationship between the Party and the masses in the new period, we must focus on managing the Party in an all-round and strict manner, maintain the Party's purity and advanced nature, take the perfection of the system and mechanism as the guarantee, and realize the normalization of benign interaction between the Party and the masses. Take the method innovation as the breakthrough, improve the Party and the masses' work effect, take speeding up the economic and social development as the pushing hand, raise the masses' life satisfaction degree, take strengthening the people's education as the support, eliminate the ideological and emotional distance between the party and the masses; To rule the country according to the law in an all-round way, guide the party and the masses to respect the law and abide by the law, and work together in a multi-pronged manner, and pool more strength for Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
