【摘要】：人事晉升制度是理解中國政治的關鍵因素之一,現(xiàn)有文獻主要有績效論與關系論兩種解釋框架。通過選擇G省310位縣(市、區(qū))委書記為研究對象,發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)經(jīng)歷與晉升空間之間具有極強的相關性。根據(jù)對縣委書記個人履歷的深度挖掘,通過因子分析和COX回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn):黨政重要職能部門經(jīng)歷、縣(市、區(qū))經(jīng)歷、鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)、街道)經(jīng)歷、共青團經(jīng)歷對個人晉升呈顯著性影響。其中,在縣一級工作得越久,晉升空間越小;在鄉(xiāng)一級工作得越久,晉升空間越小;黨政重要職能部門經(jīng)歷,尤其是擔任領導職務的經(jīng)歷,更容易獲得晉升;共青團經(jīng)歷,尤其是擔任主要領導的經(jīng)歷,更容易獲得晉升。
[Abstract]:The system of personnel promotion is one of the key factors in understanding Chinese politics. By selecting 310 county (city, district) party secretaries in G province as the research object, it is found that there is a strong correlation between career experience and promotion space. According to the deep excavation of the personal experience of the county party secretary, through factor analysis and COX regression analysis, it is found that the experience of the important functional department of the party and government, the experience of the county (city, district), the experience of the township (town, street), The experience of the Communist Youth League has a significant impact on personal promotion. Among them, the longer you work at the county level, the smaller the promotion space is; the longer you work at the township level, the smaller the promotion space is. The Communist Youth League experience, especially as a major leader, is more likely to be promoted.
