現(xiàn)代化進程中共青團的政治定位、功能開發(fā)與組織重構

【摘要】：1978年以來,中共重啟現(xiàn)代化進程,中國經濟結構、社會結構乃至執(zhí)政黨的歷史方位都發(fā)生重大變遷。作為與黨有"特殊政治關系"的助手和后備軍,中國共青團生存發(fā)展環(huán)境為之大變,需要重新審視其政治定位、功能開發(fā)和組織建構。首先要筑牢價值同構下的基本制度框架,在中國特色社會主義政治體制下,保持黨團關系的一貫性、穩(wěn)定性是共青團改革創(chuàng)新的"壓艙石"。其次要深度開發(fā)組織功能,在現(xiàn)代國家、現(xiàn)代社會的建構過程中,共青團要把牢政治功能,凸顯社會功能,釋放經濟功能。再次是在組織重構中革新內部結構,適應時代和社會要求,轉變工作作風,創(chuàng)新組織形態(tài),增強內部認同。
[Abstract]:Since 1978, the Chinese Communist Party has restarted the modernization process, and the economic structure, social structure and even the historical position of the ruling party have undergone great changes. As an assistant and reserve army with "special political relations" with the Party, the survival and development environment of the Communist Youth League of China has changed greatly, so it is necessary to re-examine its political orientation, function development and organizational construction. First of all, we should build the basic institutional framework under the isomorphism of value, maintain the consistency of the relationship between the Party and the Youth League under the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics, and the stability is the ballast stone of the reform and innovation of the Communist Youth League. Secondly, it is necessary to develop the organizational function in depth. In the process of constructing modern country and modern society, the Communist Youth League should strengthen its political function, highlight its social function and release its economic function. Thirdly, it is necessary to innovate the internal structure, adapt to the times and social demands, change the work style, innovate the organizational form and strengthen the internal identity.
