【摘要】：廉政文化以廉政為思想內(nèi)涵,以文化為表現(xiàn)形式,把廉政建設(shè)和文化建設(shè)相結(jié)合,是精神文明建設(shè)的一面旗幟。在崇廉尚廉的社會(huì)氛圍下,廉政文化是對腐朽文化的批判,對腐敗行為的約束,是構(gòu)建黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)的發(fā)展和懲防體系的一種無形力量。加強(qiáng)廉政文化建設(shè),推動(dòng)反腐敗工作,是中國共產(chǎn)黨一貫堅(jiān)持的鮮明立場。中國共產(chǎn)黨成立九十多年以來,就開展了大量針對腐敗現(xiàn)象的斗爭。新中國成立后,黨中央更是加強(qiáng)廉政文化建設(shè),高度重視腐敗現(xiàn)象滋生的問題。當(dāng)前中國正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,我黨在肯定一些成績的同時(shí),更是面臨著反腐倡廉的種種挑戰(zhàn)。所以,通過回顧歷史、總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與對策,不斷加強(qiáng)黨的廉政文化建設(shè),是鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位、打造廉潔政府的重要方式。本文在借鑒和吸收前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以馬克思主義基本理論為指導(dǎo),以新中國成立以來中國共產(chǎn)黨的廉政文化建設(shè)為整體研究對象。按照時(shí)間的推移,通過研究新中國成立以來不同時(shí)期我國反腐倡廉的工作情況,分析廉政文化建設(shè)的必要性,闡述我國廉政文化建設(shè)取得的成就、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)并嘗試提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The incorruptible culture takes the clean government as the ideological connotation, takes the culture as the manifestation, unifies the clean government construction with the cultural construction, is a banner of the spiritual civilization construction. Under the social atmosphere of respecting honesty and integrity, the culture of clean government is a critique of decayed culture and restraint of corrupt behavior. It is also an invisible force to construct the development of the construction of party style and clean government and to punish and prevent the system. Strengthening the cultural construction of clean government and promoting anti-corruption work have always been the clear stand of the Communist Party of China. Since the founding of the Communist Party of China more than 90 years ago, a large number of the fight against corruption. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the CPC Central Committee has strengthened the cultural construction of clean government and attached great importance to the breeding of corruption. At present, China is in the period of social transformation. Our Party is facing the challenges of fighting corruption and advocating honesty while affirming some achievements. Therefore, it is an important way to consolidate the ruling position of the Party and build a clean government by reviewing the history, summing up the experience and countermeasures, and constantly strengthening the construction of the Party's clean and honest culture. On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the previous research results, this paper takes the construction of the clean government culture of the Communist Party of China since the founding of New China as the whole research object, guided by the basic theory of Marxism. According to the passage of time, through the study of the work of combating corruption and advocating honesty in different periods since the founding of New China, the necessity of building a clean government culture was analyzed, and the achievements made in the construction of a clean government culture in our country were expounded. The challenge and try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
