【摘要】：政治生態(tài)治理與重構(gòu)是黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗的治本問題。當(dāng)前,局部惡化的從政環(huán)境使黨內(nèi)正常的政治規(guī)則和政治風(fēng)氣遭到嚴重破壞,給黨風(fēng)、社會風(fēng)氣帶來一系列負面影響。學(xué)習(xí)和貫徹習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于政治生態(tài)的重要論述,必須準確把握政治生態(tài)治理的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵及其價值導(dǎo)向,厘清政治生態(tài)局部惡化的污染源頭、侵蝕缺口、生態(tài)機理,為清除黨內(nèi)腐敗滋生土壤、斬斷權(quán)力尋租利益鏈條、營造廉潔從政良好環(huán)境提供基本遵循。
[Abstract]:The governance and reconstruction of political ecology is a fundamental problem in the construction of a clean and honest party and in the fight against corruption. At present, the partial deterioration of the political environment has seriously damaged the normal political rules and political ethos in the Party, and has brought a series of negative effects to the Party style and social atmosphere. To study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on political ecology, we must accurately grasp the essential connotation and value orientation of political ecological governance, clarify the source of pollution, the erosion gap, and the ecological mechanism of local deterioration of political ecology. In order to clean up the inner-party corruption breeding soil, cut off the power rent-seeking interest chain, and create a clean political good environment to provide basic compliance.
