【摘要】：正加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),積極培育風(fēng)清氣正的黨內(nèi)政治文化,需要從廣義上來(lái)理解"文化"的內(nèi)涵,確立一種價(jià)值、制度、行為相統(tǒng)一的黨內(nèi)政治文化觀(guān)。在這樣的一種文化觀(guān)中,價(jià)值是基礎(chǔ),在整個(gè)文化體系中起到靈魂的作用。這里的價(jià)值主要是指每一位共產(chǎn)黨員特別是黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部對(duì)于黨的性質(zhì)、宗旨、任務(wù)等具有一以貫之的堅(jiān)定信仰。在我們國(guó)家,共產(chǎn)黨是執(zhí)政黨,因而這樣的信仰還要體現(xiàn)在共產(chǎn)黨人關(guān)于理想政治
[Abstract]:It is necessary to understand the connotation of "culture" in a broad sense and establish a concept of inner-party political culture with the unity of value, system and behavior. In such a cultural view, value is the basis and plays a soul role in the whole cultural system. The value here mainly means that every Communist Party member, especially the leading cadre of the Party member, has a consistent and firm belief in the nature, purpose, and task of the Party. In our country, the Communist Party is the ruling party, so this kind of belief must be reflected in the communist party about the ideal politics.
