【摘要】：為了切實(shí)有效地推進(jìn)反腐敗斗爭,以習(xí)近平為總書記的新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體從思想、行動(dòng)和制度方面提出一系列重大舉措:以清醒的頭腦認(rèn)知反對腐敗思想,認(rèn)為不注重治理黨員干部的腐敗思想,遲早會(huì)葬送執(zhí)政地位;以果斷的反腐行動(dòng)推進(jìn)"打虎滅蠅",做到發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)就堅(jiān)決查處一個(gè),實(shí)現(xiàn)法治無特區(qū)、反腐無例外;以堅(jiān)定的改革精神促進(jìn)體制變革,注重紀(jì)檢體制與責(zé)任制度建設(shè),逐步形成系統(tǒng)完備、科學(xué)規(guī)范、運(yùn)行有效的反腐敗制度體系。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively promote the fight against corruption, the new central leadership collective, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has put forward a series of major measures in terms of ideology, action and system: to understand the idea of fighting corruption with a clear-headed mind. The author thinks that if we don't pay attention to the corrupt thought of party members and cadres, it will destroy the ruling position sooner or later. With the decisive anti-corruption action to promote "fight against tigers and flies", to find a firm investigation and punishment, to achieve the rule of law without special zones, anti-corruption without exception; We should promote the reform of the system with a firm spirit of reform, pay attention to the construction of the discipline inspection system and the responsibility system, and gradually form a complete system, scientific standard, and run an effective anti-corruption system.
