【摘要】：移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),因其使用不受時(shí)間和空間的限制,而廣受使用者的青睞,可以說(shuō)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)悄然改變了現(xiàn)代人日常的生活方式。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)具體功能則是依靠置于設(shè)備系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的軟件──移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具(MA)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,MA是Mobile Application的縮寫(xiě)。社會(huì)存在決定社會(huì)意識(shí),移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)不僅改變了人們的生活方式也改變了人們的思想觀(guān)念,這點(diǎn)尤其在青年人的思想領(lǐng)域體現(xiàn)最為明顯。而高等學(xué)校作為青年人最為集中的場(chǎng)所,是受移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)影響最深刻的。移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)在深刻影響大學(xué)生思想觀(guān)念的同時(shí),也為大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。高校團(tuán)學(xué)工作者作為高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)以外大學(xué)生思想教育工作的主要承擔(dān)者,必須適應(yīng)不斷變化著的客觀(guān)環(huán)境,適應(yīng)日益趨新的大學(xué)生思想狀況,不斷改變自己的工作方法,提出新的教育措施。目前國(guó)內(nèi)的團(tuán)學(xué)工作僅有少數(shù)嘗試將移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到學(xué)生日常管理、教育中去的,整體上與移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)很少,沒(méi)能把新的技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工作中去。所以在大學(xué)生整體思想環(huán)境面臨重大變化的時(shí)候,我們必須大力倡導(dǎo)思想政治教育與移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的結(jié)合,團(tuán)學(xué)工作者們必須熟練掌握新技術(shù),并將其應(yīng)用于實(shí)際事物的處理中。本文闡述了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的概念與特征,分析了在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)背景下將移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具(MA)作為大學(xué)生思想教育工作中團(tuán)學(xué)工作手段的現(xiàn)實(shí)性與可行性。從移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)為高校團(tuán)學(xué)工作者搭建了新的工作平臺(tái)為占領(lǐng)大學(xué)生思想文化陣地提供了新的工作手段、為大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作開(kāi)拓了新的工作渠道、為高校團(tuán)學(xué)工作的提供了新的工作方法、為團(tuán)學(xué)工作者提供了新的工作機(jī)制五個(gè)方面分析了移動(dòng)互聯(lián)工具(MA)用于高校團(tuán)學(xué)工作帶來(lái)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性與可行性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出了移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具(MA)應(yīng)用于高校團(tuán)學(xué)工作的策略,從提升新時(shí)期團(tuán)學(xué)工作者的信息化素質(zhì);掌握正確使用移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具的方法;團(tuán)學(xué)工作中使用移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具的管理體制建設(shè)和使用實(shí)踐中可能需要注意的問(wèn)題四個(gè)方面分別闡述,提出對(duì)策。新媒體背景下的團(tuán)學(xué)工作者應(yīng)該注重經(jīng)典理論與新工具的結(jié)合,善用新技術(shù)和新媒體語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生工作的實(shí)時(shí)化管理并拓展信息交互渠道、宣傳主流價(jià)值觀(guān);有關(guān)部門(mén)更應(yīng)加強(qiáng)團(tuán)學(xué)工作使用移動(dòng)應(yīng)用工具的體制建設(shè)與理論研究,讓新媒體工具成為現(xiàn)代團(tuán)學(xué)工作者手中的利器。
[Abstract]:Mobile Internet technology, because its use is not limited by time and space, and widely favored by users, it can be said that the mobile Internet has quietly changed the daily life style of modern people. Mobile Internet implementation is based on the software placed in the device system, the mobile application tool (MA), MA is the abbreviation of Mobile Application. Social existence determines social consciousness, mobile Internet not only changes people's way of life, but also changes people's ideology, which is most obvious in the field of young people's thought. As the most concentrated place for young people, colleges and universities are the most deeply influenced by mobile interconnection technology. The technology of mobile interconnection not only deeply influences the ideology of college students, but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education of college students. As the main bearer of college students' ideological education outside the teaching of ideological and political theory, the college students must adapt to the changing objective environment and adapt to the increasingly new ideological situation of college students. Constantly change their working methods and put forward new educational measures. At present, there are only a few attempts to apply mobile interconnection technology to students' daily management and education in China, which has little connection with mobile interconnection technology on the whole, and has not been able to apply the new technology to practical work. Therefore, when the overall ideological environment of college students is facing major changes, we must vigorously advocate the combination of ideological and political education and mobile interconnection technology, and members of the regiment school must master new technologies skillfully. And it is applied to the processing of actual things. This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of mobile interconnection technology, and analyzes the reality and feasibility of using mobile application tool (MA) as the working means of college students' ideological education under the background of mobile interconnection technology. The mobile interconnection technology has set up a new working platform for the college students, which provides a new working method for occupying the ideological and cultural position of college students, and opens up a new working channel for the ideological and political education of college students. This paper provides a new working method for the group study work in colleges and universities, and provides a new working mechanism for the regiment study workers. The paper analyzes the reality and feasibility of the mobile interconnection tool (MA) in the group study work in colleges and universities. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the strategy of applying mobile application tool (MA) to the work of group study in colleges and universities, in order to improve the information quality of the group students in the new period, to master the method of correctly using the mobile application tool, and to improve the quality of the information technology of the group students in the new period. This paper expounds four aspects of the construction of management system using mobile application tools and the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of using mobile application tools in the work of regiment science, and puts forward the countermeasures. Under the new media background, the registrar should pay attention to the combination of classical theory and new tools, make good use of new technology and new media language to realize the real-time management of students' work, expand the channels of information exchange, and propagate the mainstream values. The relevant departments should strengthen the institutional construction and theoretical research on the use of mobile application tools in the work of League Learning, and let the new media tools become a sharp weapon in the hands of modern league scholars.
