【摘要】：官員們出現(xiàn)腐敗的一個重要原因,在于身處官場的官員身上始終存在著公與私的角色沖突。當(dāng)人性的私欲任性放大時(shí),"惡"便產(chǎn)生了,比如貪婪、荒淫、跋扈等,這些"惡"再借助公共制度賦予的公權(quán)力,給社會造成的破壞之大已經(jīng)是有目共睹了。要把人性的惡魔關(guān)進(jìn)籠子里,解決的要義在于"三觀"的不斷完善和改造。
[Abstract]:An important reason for officials' corruption is that there is always a conflict between public and private roles. When the selfish desire of human nature magnifies, "evil" arises, such as greed, lewdness, domineering, and so on. These evils, with the help of public power conferred by the public system, have caused great damage to the society. To put the evil of human nature in the cage, the key to solve the problem lies in the continuous improvement and transformation of the three views.
