【摘要】：中國社會的急劇變遷給執(zhí)政黨的社會整合帶來現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn)。作為中國共產黨嵌入黨外系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)方式,黨組不僅是黨的執(zhí)政中介和領導機制,而且發(fā)揮著重要的整合功能,呈現(xiàn)出獨特的嵌入式整合邏輯。通過黨組設立,完成組織嵌入和人事嵌入的"一次整合";又通過黨組在黨外組織中進行政治的、利益的和文化的三種面向整合而實現(xiàn)"二次整合",形成一種"雙重嵌套"的社會整合結構。在這種整合結構中,黨組進行了黨內和黨外的"雙向"整合,并以自身獨特的"權威—權力"作用方式,實現(xiàn)了執(zhí)政黨與黨外組織之間的"共生共贏",體現(xiàn)出"黨組政治"的運轉邏輯以及執(zhí)政黨制度化整合的特征。
[Abstract]:The rapid changes in Chinese society have brought real challenges to the social integration of the ruling party. As a way for the CPC to embed the system outside the party, the party group is not only the ruling intermediary and leadership mechanism of the party, but also plays an important integration function and presents a unique embedded integration logic. Through the establishment of the Party group, the "one integration" of organizational embedding and personnel embedding is completed; Through the political, benefit and cultural integration of the party group in the non-party organizations, the "second integration" is realized and a "double nested" social integration structure is formed. In this kind of integration structure, the party group has carried on the "bidirectional" integration between the party and the party, and has realized the "symbiosis and win-win" between the ruling party and the non-party organization by its own unique "authority-power" function. It embodies the operating logic of party group politics and the characteristics of the systematization and integration of the ruling party.
