【摘要】：十八大以來,中央采取了一系列高頻度、高強(qiáng)度的反腐措施,反腐工作取得了很大成績(jī),也贏得了社會(huì)的高度認(rèn)可。文章在分析黨紀(jì)反腐與司法反腐內(nèi)涵作用的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了它的職能定位與相互關(guān)系,并提出了黨紀(jì)反腐與司法反腐并重、具有中國特色的反腐倡廉新模式,以徹底實(shí)現(xiàn)反腐敗工作的制度化、法治化、長(zhǎng)效化。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress, the central government has adopted a series of high-frequency and high-intensity anti-corruption measures. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of party discipline anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption, this paper discusses its function orientation and mutual relationship, and puts forward a new anti-corruption model with Chinese characteristics, which pays equal attention to party discipline anti-corruption and judicial anti-corruption. In order to thoroughly achieve the institutionalization of anti-corruption work, the rule of law, long-term effectiveness.
