【摘要】：習(xí)近平同志在黨的十八屆六中全會上指出,要注重加強黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè),不斷培厚良好政治生態(tài)的土壤。一個社會的政治發(fā)展和政治進步總是與先進的政治文化密切相關(guān)。中國共產(chǎn)黨之所以能夠在歷史洪流中發(fā)展、壯大,一個關(guān)鍵的原因就在于它具有功能強大、獨具內(nèi)涵的政治文化。而這種獨具特色的黨內(nèi)政治文化需要建構(gòu),更需要豐富發(fā)展。考察分析中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè)的歷史演進,有助于人們對黨的十九大政治報告"把黨的政治建設(shè)擺在首位"、"發(fā)展積極健康的黨內(nèi)政治文化,全面凈化黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)"的治黨方略,進一步深化理解和正確把握;進一步加強和完善黨內(nèi)政治文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out at the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of political culture within the Party and constantly cultivating the soil for a good political ecology. The political development and progress of a society are always closely related to the advanced political culture. One of the key reasons why the Communist Party of China can develop and grow in the historical torrent lies in its powerful and unique political culture. This unique political culture needs to be constructed and developed. An investigation and analysis of the historical evolution of the political and cultural construction within the Communist Party of China will help people to put the party's political construction in the first place in the political report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to develop a positive and healthy inner-party political culture. The general plan of ruling the party by purifying the political ecology of the party in an all-round way, further deepening the understanding and correctly grasping; We will further strengthen and improve the political and cultural construction within the Party.
