【摘要】：基層黨建工作是我國黨建工作的基礎,改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟、文化、教育等領(lǐng)域不斷發(fā)展,黨建工作逐漸暴露出一些新問題。面對新形勢,基層黨建工作需要有一定的創(chuàng)新。高校黨支部是基層黨建的代表,是黨在高校建立的組織基礎,能夠為高校的學生以及教師謀福利�；鶎狱h建工作的創(chuàng)新模式應該從高校黨支部開始做起,各高校以及高校隸屬的各個學院都應該根據(jù)自身的特點,具體問題具體分析,全面地進行黨支部的改革創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The grass-roots party building work is the foundation of our country's party building work. Since the reform and opening up, our country's economy, culture, education and other fields have been developing continuously, the party building work has gradually exposed some new problems. Faced with the new situation, the basic Party building work needs to have certain innovation. The Party branch of the university is the representative of the Party building at the basic level and the organizational foundation of the Party in the university, which can benefit the students and teachers in the university. The innovation mode of the grass-roots party building work should start from the Party branch of the university. Every university and every college attached to the university should carry out the reform and innovation of the party branch comprehensively according to its own characteristics and concrete analysis of the specific problems.
