【摘要】：在中央鐵腕反腐的背景下,廉政制度建設(shè)成為當(dāng)前學(xué)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),國內(nèi)學(xué)者從政治學(xué)、行政學(xué)、法學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)等方面進(jìn)行了一些有益的研究。通過梳理改革開放以來學(xué)界關(guān)于政府廉政制度建設(shè)研究成果,界定廉政制度建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,明確政府在廉政制度建設(shè)中的功能定位,闡明新時(shí)期廉政制度建設(shè)的影響因素及政策選擇,總結(jié)已經(jīng)取得的成績,對存在的缺陷進(jìn)行簡要評析,指出政府廉政建設(shè)的發(fā)展方向和前景展望。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the central iron hand anti-corruption, the construction of clean government system has become the focus of academic attention. Domestic scholars have carried out some beneficial research from political science, administration, law, economics, sociology, leadership and so on. By combing the research results of academic circles on the construction of clean government system since the reform and opening up, defining the connotation of the construction of clean government system, defining the function of the government in the construction of clean government system, This paper expounds the influencing factors and policy choices of the construction of a clean government system in the new period, summarizes the achievements made, makes a brief assessment of the existing defects, and points out the development direction and prospect of the construction of a clean and honest government.
