【摘要】：為官不僅要清廉,而且要有所作為,為政當(dāng)官不是拿高薪混飯吃,而是要切實(shí)拿出公共產(chǎn)品,提供公共服務(wù)。要打破官場(chǎng)鐵飯碗,干部人事制度改革就要繼續(xù)深入,既要削"事",也要裁"人",凡無(wú)事可干或無(wú)事找事的冗官散官,統(tǒng)統(tǒng)都要另尋出路,不能繼續(xù)擾民亂政。
[Abstract]:Government officials should not only be clean, but also do something. They should not eat with high pay, but should take out public goods and provide public services. In order to break the iron rice bowl in the official field, the reform of the cadre and personnel system must continue to go deep. It is necessary to cut off "affairs" as well as to lay off "people." all redundant officials who have nothing to do or look for things to do must find another way out and cannot continue to disturb the people's political affairs.
